Went several times, wasn't seeing any improvement and stopped going. Once I stopped I immediately received a bill for over $400. Every visit I paid a co pay and they received insurance payment. Never any mentions of a balance due at any visit or no bills until I stopped going. My EOB did not match their bill. Seems like fraud, especially when each visit the therapist is seeing three patients at a time.

A very nice Place, Small but very Efficient Therapy Business. Has a Small indoor Pool= 40' x 20' just suited by its Therapy Staff doing their Job well. Small Facilities but very well suited for Locals...

If I could give this place quarter of a star, I would... I likely have damaged nerves in my left shoulder... So they showed me exercises that would POSSIBLY help my pain, but it would be “uncomfortable” they said. 🙄 “Uncomfortable” doesn’t even BEGIN to describe the effects these exercises have had on my shoulder. Now I’m in excruciating pain every day. I have absolutely NO pain management, & frankly, I’m losing it as a result. So this kid comes in & SORTA hooks me up to a TENS unit to test my nerves... & did it completely wrong. This kid was likely still in Medical School... & when they discovered he messed up the test, they had absolutely NO intention of re-testing me PROPERLY. Instead the kid scrambled to take the machine to someone else. “We’ll try it again next time” they said. I’m sorry, the people there are very nice, but the incompetence of the employees is unbelievable. I will NEVER return to this poor excuse of a “physical therapy” establishment. All they caused me was more agony. I can’t use my arm at all now... 😥 It’s not worth the time or the gas...

I was originally diagnosed with Neuropathy in my feet which was very tough not feeling the bottoms of my feet . I had to quit doing my cardio on the treadmill because I was afraid that I would fall off . My family Doctor wrote me a Doctors order for physical therapy at Premier Physical Therapy at their Ashland , Kentucky facility . Todd Munson evaluated me and I didn’t have Neuropathy but Plantar Fasciitis . The therapist’s showed all the different stretching exercises for my new diagnosis ! Two weeks later I got released and I have no numbness , burning or tingling in my feet which is a miracle indeed . I’m back to doing cardio on the treadmill and starting losing weight again ! If you think that you may have neuropathy just contact Premier Physical Therapy and make an evaluation appointment and hopefully it just might be Plantar Fasciitis and the therapist’s will show you some stretching exercises and many other techniques that might even have the same feeling that I got being able to feel every step walking with no pain . I feel like a got my feet rebuilt , lol ! Thanks a million to the staff at Premier for helping me back to being able to walk without any Neuropathy symptoms ! Randy

I've been here several times over the last year due to a knee injury. Has gone downhill HORRIBLY since I first started going. HORRIBLE management, HIGH turnover of staff due to that, apparently. Now you have to wait forever, be ignored by therapy staff & do your own exercises without assistance. Manager told me off for complaining! Never EVER going there again!

I went once. Decided not to return, because of not being able to afford. Called in to cancel, office worker very rude when I canceled, hung up. I called back. Interior, carpets and equipment dirty.
