I love going to Therapy here...it's a friendly atmosphere and the doctors keep up with your progress...

By far one of the best rehabilitation and therapy office. The therapist are the most active, respectful, professionals. Very effective at their job and do it with a big smile on. The front desk staff (a few of them) could be rude at times. Overall the office is efficient and helpful in keeping up with appointments and getting your therapies done.

I really appreciate the staff kind and courteous and always helpful. The manager Jessica and the staff Thalia. Patricia Anaise. Maritza. Violet. Are wonderful and treat the patients as family and should be recognized for the hard work and dedication. To the clients The therapist Troy Tess chris .Jay Annie Tina Donna are amazing and i proudly recommend. I cannot talk highly enough about the wonderful staff at the valley stream premier physical therapy and pain management. It's such a warm atmosphere and they treat all of their patients like more than just a patient, like your one of the family. They genuinely care about you and your life and what you have going on in addition to your injury and many times they go far above and beyond to make sure that you're having the best experience possible. Whether or not you know their name or they know your name/ work directly with your case you are always greeted with a smile. In addition to the warmth all of the staff they are very knowledgeable and willing and able to explain your injuries and treatment in layman's terms along with answering any questions you may have. You guys rock and provide such a valuable service to the community. I definitely recommend if you have to do PT you come here. Special shout to Violet, Maritza, Tess, Anais, and Dr. Tolat!

The receptionists are simply rude and don’t care about the patients. Doesn’t seem like they want to even be at their jobs. It was my first time there and I stood in front of the glass window with them just completely ignoring me. The physical therapists are all nice besides one who takes the temperature, does not know what she’s doing, she did electroshock on me and just made the pain worse. If you come here at 330pm, you will wait over an hour for absolutely no reason to get seen by a physical therapist. This medical facility has to be one of the worst I’ve ever gone to. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Anaise, Dr Tolat, Violet, Maritza and the entire Premier physical therapy staff are the most pleasant and professional group I've ever visited. I recommend this facility for all if your therapy needs and they make me look forward to my appointments.

The staff here is amazing and very welcoming. It made feel very comfortable especially after meeting Dr. Benjamin J. Leema for the first time, I can say that this is the ideal doctor office environment to be around if you’re looking for the best health care.

If you truly need help, DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is very unprofessional. On my second day of PT the physical therapist left me in the room for over 30 mins, then when I inquired about when my physical therapy would begin I was asked by another therapist if I didn't remember what I did last time (implying that I should have just started my own physical therapy). She then brought me back to the room and gave me a handout and told to do the exercises on the piece w/o any guidance or assistance. This place is a complete sham. Save yourself the time, just google PT exercises and do them at your house !!! That better than any help this place has to offer.
