**Horrible Experience at Premier Pain & Spine** I was a patient at Premier Pain & Spine for over two years and initially had a positive experience. However, things drastically changed. Dr. Stephen Jones, who was once attentive, became difficult to communicate with, especially when I encountered issues with billing and insurance. The staff, particularly at the front desk, displayed a shocking lack of knowledge about insurance processes, which resulted in significant confusion and an outstanding balance I was never informed about. During a recent visit, I was told I couldn't be seen without my insurance cards, despite having two insurances on file. This miscommunication turned my appointment into a frustrating ordeal, and I felt treated poorly by staff who were unhelpful and dismissive. The situation escalated to the point where Dr. Jones discharged me without a valid reason, despite my compliance as a patient. I also witnessed disturbing practices regarding patient management and records, including incorrect billing statements and unprofessional conduct by the staff. I felt discriminated against and treated with a lack of respect. This experience has left me feeling drained and in search of new medical care. I urge anyone considering this practice to be cautious and look elsewhere if they don't want to be treated horribly. I was threatened by the Doctor & staff for no reasons. I've never been treated so badly in my entire life by medical "unprofessionals" at Premier Pain & Spine. I was also denied of my medical records but the office sent records with my social security number on them via email. So unacceptable! The doctor left me without medicine for days & days. This place gets no stars from me.

Dr. Jones is an outstanding, compassionate, understanding physician. His staff are all very understanding and work well with the public. This office operates like a well oiled machine, so you have to do your part keep your appoints , and be respectful. You will get what you give with front-end staff. Overall, I give this office a 5 star rating they are outstanding in every aspect.

I have been a patient of Dr.Jones for about 3 years and I truly love him as a doctor. He is very caring and listens to what you have to say. We always have a good laugh when I'm there no matter how bad I'm feeling. His staff is also very caring and enjoyable to be around. I would just like to say "Thank You to each and everyone of them." God Bless You All !

Finding Dr.Jones and his staff has been a God send. They take the time and listen to you so you can receive the best care possible. Dr. Jones also has conversations outside of why you are there. He has taken the time to check on my son and family's well-being. I highly recommend this office if you want people who care and empathize with you and your situation and that also understands nobody hurts the same and every treatment plan will be different.

Very caring employees and the best doctor I have ever had since I broke my back 2 time's and after surgeries is still broke. Now don't think you will not be held accountable for keeping your medication safe and controlled. As they have a great method and if you think you can go in just to get you a narcotic for recreational purposes no. Dr.Jones is a very wise and caring man and a Godly man from what I can tell but he keeps a tight ship and I like that about them.. If you are looking for a place where you can go In and not fill like your just another junkie looking for your next high This place is the best. Thanks premiere for all you do to make me feel welcomed and safe.

Nice staff. Dr. Jones is nice and he takes he’s time with you to make sure that he’s doing everything that he can for you. I just went on 2/22/24 and saw the nurse practitioner this time and she was very nice. I really liked her very much also. Much more than the last one. This lady showed concern and compassion. She wasn’t as hateful as the last lady nurse practitioner that I saw. The one with darker hair. This time the nurse practitioner was a blonde haired woman and she was very nice and didn’t make me feel like I was just there for pills. I’ve been in pain management for about 15 years. It’s not where I want to be, but I have no choice in the matter. I have a lot of problems and a lot of pain from surgeries. Back, neck and leg problems. And Premier Pain and Spine has helped me so much. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Super awesome group of people! I love Premier Pain and Spine! They all are so caring, compassionate, and respectful from the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Jones. You are not just a number. Dr. Jones will listen to you and he takes time to hear your complaints and works through every solution to make you feel better! Thank you, Dr. Jones and staff! I love ya'll ❤️! Yall are amazing 👏 💗 ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ I have to do an update. At the time I made this post everything above was true. Then I had to start seeing some nurse practitioner. She was very rude every time I saw her. They always asked " how is the medication working for you"? You could tell them til you're blue in the face and they still send in the same exact medication and dose. I have untraceable hemiplegia migraines along with other health issues. The last appointment I had with this nurse practitioner was the final straw, I was finding another establishment when I left. But I had been up over 48 hours with my migraines and I was still in pain and I was exhausted. I had my head down in my hands while she was talking then she stopped and said " Are you having an issue with staying awake"? I explained to her what was going on and she said "Give me just a minute" then left the room. She came back and said "Here's your discharge papers, we will no longer see you"! I mean WTF!!?? And just FYI I had been with Dr. Jones for a couple of years.
