Dr. Hamidian and his staff went above and beyond to get me the care I needed. I was traveling from North Carolina to visit family when I suffered a significant injury. Dr. Hamidian took all of my unique circumstances (including logistical) into consideration and got me along my way. I am so very appreciative of his honesty, professionalism, and expertise!!! Job well done, Doc!!!

I was referred here for chronic back pain. He kept telling me that my symptoms "didn't make sense" and that I should just take medicine/PT for a "pulled muscle." Only took an MRI of my back, despite having issues with my arms and legs (which later he said might be in my neck and we should have gotten that in the MRI ($800 later)). I can't even get my medical records because they charge $1 per page and I've been out of work with a "pulled muscle" for 4 months. Thankfully, I finally got a referral to someone who listened to my symptoms and got me on the right track for a diagnosis. Great place if you're looking for a muscle relaxer dispensary and don't require documentation of your medical records.

My son broke his foot and we went here for treatment. They come in with a toddler boot (no cast) and placed it on his foot. I was told at this visit that insurance would cover 100% of our bill. I paid the copay at the time of the visit. A month later I received a bill for 461 dollars (a 50 dollar fitting fee and a 411 dollar boot charge) I called the office and asked what this was for and they said my insurance didn’t pay all of it like they’d thought and the rest of the bill was my responsibility. If I would have known I was going to be charged nearly 500 dollars for a toddler boot I would have got a boot somewhere else. I have researched on line from Amazon to multiple medical supply companies and his boot price range is 50-120 dollars. Then they are wanting to charge me 50 dollars just for placing a boot on my child’s foot. They took 45 dollars off the bill (which I am thankful for) but wouldn’t budge anymore. I feel like billing should have known this was going to happen and I should have been informed upfront. But now I am stuck with a 416 dollar bill. We do not have another appointment but they told me my son could not be seen again until the bill was paid in full. It just doesn’t sit right with me that I am being WAY over charged. My only complaint with this office is the way the billing situation is handled

Dr. Hamidian removed a bone spur on my right foot. Both he and his staff are friendly, professional, and seem to really care about you and your needs/issues. Scottsboro is lucky to have such a dedicated team of caregivers.

Dr Hamidian and Ralf & all the staff have been great with my mom. I really appreciate this because mom is a special case and I thank them for all the care they’ve showed us. I recommend this office to anyone seeking orthopedic care.

Literally billed me $45 for a visit 2 years and 10 months previous. No address changes on our part. Just a bill nearly 3 years past the visit. We had paid our copays as far as we knew and insurance paid. We didn't receive any indication anything more was due until this bill out of the blue-----at Christmas all those years later.

Not sure who is reviewing this Dr but my experience with him is terrible. His patients aren't a priority and doesn't keep his appointments. He also seems to have to many emergencies that leave actual patients waiting. He doesn't do a good job of managing patients pain. He'd seem to have his patients suffer than give any pain relief.

I would definitely recommend this practice! Dr. Hamidian took his time, and answered all my questions. The staff is very attentive, and super sweet! I will definitely be back!
