I visited here probably about 6 to7 years ago and had Dr Dixon absolutely no problems wonderful service in and out. I just came back here in 2023 and I am in with the newer doctor whom is Dr minor and met I think her name was Brianna this morning she took Vitals and went all over my medical questions. She was super attentive had a great personality and was just a gem to deal with and very knowledgeable about everything we discussed. They always treat me like an individual always smiling and courteous. They have done lab work every time I have been there and check for everything I mentioned. I highly suggest this office and these doctors.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First of all let's address the mentally unstable office staff. Avoid both women with black hair. Especially the old one. Literally sat there and broke HIPPA laws discussing a patient with someone who wasn't office staff right in front me. When the woman she was talking about said something to her she acted like HIPPA didn't matter if you deserved it! Excuse me!!?? Then I sat there and watched this same woman harass a poor lady about money and threaten to not allow her to be a patient there! I have never seen medical staff act in a such an immature and unprofessional manner. When I mentioned these things to the young doctor there telling him I thought he should do something about that woman, he told me there's always 2 sides to every story. I'm pretty sure that he was calling me a liar. Which was the last straw and why I decided to make this review. Just evaluate whether you can deal with slack HIPPA compliance and rude office staff and a doctor that doesn't care about those things before you see these people.

This is a horrible place. The two ladies behind the counter have disgusting attitudes. Ive never felt such uncaring from a place that is suppose to help people. I hope this place gets shut down. If your a review writer you should be ashamed to give them a good review. They dont deserve to be doing business. I found out after i was turned away i have covid. I hate you ladies!

Went in with an extremely sore throat. Waited a long time in an empty waiting room. They tested me for strep, although I advocated for a COVID test. Numerous staff members asked if I had been vaccinated. After replying “yes”, they would change the topic of conversation. The strep test came back negative. They prescribed me a medicine without explaining why I needed it. After claiming that I “probably just had a noncontagious infection”, they sent me out the door! I took the antibiotics as instructed for the required timeframe but I’m at the superior healthcare business; Sumiton After Hours! Now I’m running a fever with COVID like symptoms. Their negligence probably led to numerous recipients of whatever sickness I have, (if it’s the flu or COVID). Disappointed is an understatement.

I've been twice in the last 6 months since moving to Dora. Both times I was called back within 10 minutes and out of the office within an hour. Very friendly and quick service.

I have used them for several years now. Dr. Dixon and staff are polite and well knowledged. I usually get in an out ,not taking the whole day to see a doctor. I will continue using this clinic.

Dr Dixon and staff are the best, since we moved away we miss them so much, but they still take care of my special brother Jim Powell and treat him wonderful❤️

Very fast service...if you call it service. No labs run, no cultures or blood taken. Simply put into a room, doc in for 2 minutes to ask what's wrong, then arbitrarily ordering broad spectrum antibiotics. $125 for less than 5 minutes of his time. Plus, what about health guidelines for preventing rampant drug immunity. This clinic exemplifies greed in healthcare. Go elsewhere imo.
