I have been seeing Carol Townsend for many years now!! She is the BEST!! Graham is amazing and Sarah is awesome!! I’m so glad to have you all in my life!! They care so much about their patients!! I have never had a Doctor or Nurse as wonderful as you all are!! I appreciate all of you more than you could ever know!!

I called yesterday at 4:20 with a suspected spider bite and in a ton of pain. I did not have any hope that they would be able to see me immediately. When I told the receptionist my doctor was Shannon Souza she said, come on in, She won’t turn you away. I was there in 10 minutes and seen 5 minutes later. Today I called back because the pain was unbearable and Shannon called in pain meds for me immediately. She obviously cares deeply for her patients and it shows! Thanks you Shannon and your team for such exceptional care!!

Went in for a doctor visit and a covid test cuz I had a 103⁰ fever, i paid for the doctor visit up front and was gonna get billed for the covid test later. Went to the back and I had a nurse take all my symptoms and had the covid test done (came back negative) never got to see a doctor or any of my questions answered. Still had a fever and worse symptoms so i went to the hospital the next morning and tested positive for covid. Got the bill for the covid test and I told them that they could just take the money for the test out of the money for the doctor since I didn't get to see one (or even a nurse practitioner) and I have still been getting harassing automated phone calls and emails about it , so I called the office and told them what was going on and asked them to take me off of the automated emails and calls and after she was supposed to she rudely asked me "is that all you want" and then hung up on me. Definitely will not be back

Top notch facility and some of the most personable and professional medical staff I've ever worked with. Very happy with their care and I trust them treat my whole family. Highly recommend them.
