Premier Childrens Therapy Center

Our son has attended this practice for 1+ years and we love it. The front office is extremely helpful with all questions, especially related to insurance benefits and how to process those benefits. In addition, the therapists cared for our son extremely well, providing us regular updates and asking if we had any concerns. He really enjoys the love and attention he gets at this practice. I highly recommend this therapy center to parents based on our experience.

My daughter was referred to PT before she turned 1 year old and she instantly started making gains despite medical complications along the way. As a healthcare provider myself, I still had a ton of questions and concerns that were easily pacified by the wealth of knowledge AND experience from not only the therapists but also by the owner herself. From the moment we started therapy, my daughter was immediately looked after; whether it was writing letters on her behalf for upcoming specialist appointments, referring to outside services, or discussing her needs with other therapy disciplines to allow for the most comprehensive plan of care. I have no doubt that we would be as far along on her developmental journey if not for Premier Therapy. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with them and that they will always be a part of my daughter's story.

We have had an amazing experience at Premier. Our therapist was Leah Planchard. My 4 year made great progress with her and also really enjoyed going. Leah advised me along the way and gave me great tools to use with my daughter at home. We have been out of therapy for 6 months now, and she is still reaching out to check on how my daughter is doing and sharing feedback and advice. I felt very cared for at this therapy center. We are new to the therapy world and I trusted their recommendations and feedback. I also had issues with my insurance covering our sessions and they happily advocated for me in that process so we could continue therapy. Our experience with premiere has been wonderful and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Looking into starting my kids with speech and OT was very overwhelming and felt like admitting a failure as a parent. Finding somewhere that they would enjoy and thrive that had insurance benefits seemed an impossible ask. From my first phone call inquiring about… well… how we start this whole process, everyone has gone above and beyond being compassionate and helpful. From scheduling to at home support, the therapists consider the family unit’s needs automatically. My kids have been treated as unique and treatment evolves as their needs change, which can happen on a visit by visit basis. Kids and their feelings! The intimidation I felt at the beginning of the journey has turned into gratitude for such an amazing group. And regret that I didn’t start sooner, Mom guilt, am I right?😅

Great practice!! Leah was awesome and always super helpful. She continuously gave us extra ideas to use at home. My son made great progress here and always looked forward to sessions!

Premier’s therapists take the time to customize therapy for your child and often communicate outside regular hours. They work with all kinds of kids, with and without diagnoses. The therapists collaborate with one another (speech, OT and PT) as well as the billing staff and teachers. It’s a multi-disciplinary clinic that wants the best for your kids!

We love working with Leah and Jenny! They are very knowledgeable in best practices in OT and speech therapy, have great rapport with children, and share helpful tips to work with kids at home.
