I had the pleasure of spending my 8 week clinical rotation with Alex. As a physical therapy student, I have had my fair share of working in multiple outpatient clinics and none of them compare to PARC. Alex truly cares for his patients and always dedicates his full time and attention to getting them better. His extensive knowledge allows him to extend his care beyond just rehab and offers wellness options to ensure patients/clients are excelling past their previous level of function. The entire environment feels comfortable, calming, and never rushed. I really enjoyed my time here.

From the moment you walk into PARC you feel extremely welcomed. The entire staff is so sweet, caring, and love what they do! They have a set of questions to pinpoint exactly what you have going on and are able to tackle it from there. I felt very comfortable throughout all my treatments. The facility itself is also very clean ! I can easily highly recommend coming to PARC! :)

The staff at PARC are always welcoming and provide an incredible experience. Alex provides incredible one on one physical therapy and helps you progress at a safe pace catered to the injury you have. Anytime I have had an injury, I return here and am always impressed at how I leave stronger than I was before along with feeling like I was never hurt in the first place. A must go for any type of injury or pain that you might have.

I could not recommend PARC enough. I first came here with a knee injury, I went to another PT center before but I wasn’t making any progress. After my first appointment with Alex I felt in good hands from our first session. 2 months later my progress has been noticeable and I am feeling stronger everyday. I’ve had some ups and downs along the process but Alex always listens to you and he will set up a program that works FOR YOU. I am still a work in progress but have no doubt coming here was the best decision for my recovery. Alex is a good hearted person and a gifted professional. 100% would recommend!

A business that is run by amazing people. PARC is an absolute gem of a place that values each of its clients and creates an individualized program for each and every one they serve. As a student completing my final rotation, I could not have had a better learning experience and am extremely grateful for the 10 weeks I spent with the team. I recommend PARC to everyone looking for physical therapy because of the attention to detail and care that goes with each treatment.

Alex took me through my very first breath-work session ever and boy was it fantastic! I walked into a little apprehensive because I have a chaotic past struggling with addiction, and now even though I have 5+ years of sobriety and I have done a ton of work on myself, I know that there is still some trauma trapped in my body. That being said, Alex is such a gentle professional, I felt incredibly safe during the whole experience and not once did I feel like I was not in good hands. It is not often that I know right away when someone is truly genuine and cares to actually help you, but in this case I knew.
