This is hands down the best Physical Therapy spot I have ever been to. I showed up one year ago with a calf injury, and have not stopped seeing Steve since. As an avid runner he has helped me prevent so many injuries, as well as addressed each injury that has come up. Our sessions consist of body work and strength training/ mobility exercises. I always leave with “homework” that I actually look forward to doing throughout the week. Steve and the staff here are so kind, reliable, and knowledgeable. The facility is always clean, and there’s easy street parking in addition to a small lot that’s available. I’d recommend them to any anyone!!

Steve and Dan are the BEST!! They are both so caring and 1 million times better than my previous trainers at Equinox!! I see Dan 2-3x a week, and he is so amazing, he observes and corrects my form with hyper-watchful eyes and is wonderful at reducing my shoulder pain with manual therapy. Steve is so knowledgeable and accommodating. Our sessions are both FUN AND PRODUCTIVE. Highly recommend Prehab 2 Perform for all of your physical therapy and strengthening needs 💪

I recently moved away from Los Angeles, and after working together with their incredible team for the past two years, Prehab 2 Perform was one of my most difficult goodbyes! For the past fifteen years, I've dealt with neck and shoulder pain without any discernible cause. Radiofrequency ablation procedures and massage treatments were able to alleviate some of the pain I was experiencing. However, these "solutions" could only provide short-term relief for a whole lot of money. On the recommendation from a friend, I finally decided to try physical therapy, and I could not be happier with the results! As someone who tended to avoid the gym at all costs, I never thought I'd have so much FUN exercising. My individual needs, goals, and capabilities shaped each of our sessions, which included a mix of strength/weight training, stretching, and massage. Dan and Steve's incomprable expertise, motivation, and consistent support were just what I needed to build confidence and create lasting physical change. Although I was sad to leave, thanks to Prehab 2 Perform team's guidance and thoughtful feedback, I left Los Angeles with a far better understanding of what works for me, the tools I need to feel like my best self, and the ability to maintain our progress moving forward! I cannot thank these two enough!

Dan’s awesome! He really knows his stuff and pushes me to my limits. My strength has leveled up since I started seeing him. I love how Dan personalizes things – if I’m sore or something’s off, he switches up the workout on the fly and throws in some stretches or a massage that works wonders. I like how I can shoot Dan a text whenever – like after a tough session or when I’ve been stuck at my desk too long – and he’s super quick to hit me back with the perfect fix for my aches and pains. Totally recommend him if you want a PT who gets you and gets results. Five stars, no question!

Working out at Paradiso has been a massive life improvement for me. I've been working out with Dr. Dan, and he has been so helpful. I'm stronger than I have ever been in my life. But it's also always fun and engaging to work out with him and the Paradiso crew. He pushes me to my limits, but is so cautious and careful about not letting me get hurt or go too hard. He's flexible in scheduling and fun to talk to. Paradiso is the best community and I recommend it to anyone looking for a fun new gym experience.

Steve helped me over the past year or so with a nagging knee injury that had prevented me from being able to squat or bend my knee without pain. Within a few sessions he had me squatting again and now I’m able to squat more weight than I ever have been able to before and completely pain free. He was really easy to work with and continued to check in on my progress even as I no longer needed to see him as frequently. I recommend him to anyone dealing with an injury and hoping to get back to being able to workout without limitations or pain.

Incredible attention to whatever your specific PT needs are- rare combo of soft tissue work (Graston, cupping etc) with strength work. Best coaches and worth every single penny. If you do the work, they can heal what ails you. They have done it for me and everyone I have sent there.
