I highly recommend Preferred Therapy Outpatient and Wellness of Bethel. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He truly listened to all of my physical concerns and goals when I first started. He looks to not only treat your symptoms, but gives you the information and advice you need to build your strength and develop a plan for long-term wellness. I’ve been seeing Michele for what originally was diagnosed as a knee problem. In short order she accurately diagnosed my knee/leg pain as coming from my lower back and I improved rapidly under her care. She is a very skilled physical therapist with many years of experience to draw upon. She is continually researching and learning about how to best provide care for her patients and I’ve been so pleased to be able to work with her. She came highly recommended to me and I would refer anyone I know in need of care to her. She also takes care of my chiropractor husband who has pretty significant back issues. He says that Michele keeps him functioning and able to do his own work. Best PT experience ever.

Was in need of serious strengthening therapy. Work full time so my availability hours are very limited. On first contact they were responsive and very accommodating. Their therapist called me before they were open the next morning. Was set up promptly for my initial appointment, again opening early to fit my schedule. The subsequent sessions have been fantastic! Very knowledgeable and explains what you're doing and why in a very understandable way. Have been to other facilities but this one really works for me. I am pushed and encouraged at every step with one on one instruction. Thank you Kelly and Kyle. Highly recommend this facility to get you back on your path to wellness.

I highly recommend Preferred Therapy Outpatient and wellness. if you have any back, knee shoulder problems, pains, this place is the best one i have found. They have excellent therapist, specially Michele Morris who knows exactly how to get you back feeling well again. Also an very important Everyone that works there is very helpful and kind. They really try hard to work with your schedule so you can always make your appointments.

Kyle is excellent. I’ve started seeing him a few years ago when I was suffering from an issue with my IT band. Kyle worked with me to treat the source of my problem, not just the problem itself.
