Preferred Physical Therapy

My family member received excellent physical therapy after a car accident gave them severe whiplash and a concussion. Hannah developed an effective treatment plan and was attentive to pain levels. We’re highly recommend her! The text system for appointments was effective and easy to use.

All the therapists are super friendly and knowledgeable and they make a great team working together if they don't immediately have an answer themselves. I primarily worked with Sam and in the few months I was there she continued to research more exercises and stretches to help me to add more to my routine. Thanks Sam!

One-on-one and quality care! What a difference it makes in the end result. After 4 sessions my strength is measurably better and my crippling lower back pain is greatly diminished. Front desk is always respectful and professional. They know how to do their job properly. I don’t want to live forever. But I need to stay as mobile as I can in order to age in place and atay independent. Very important for maintaining highest quality of life possible. So glad I found Preferred Physical Therapy. PT is never pleasant, but the group at Preferred makes it way more enjoyable than it could be. The staff is always polite, professional, and they all have a great sense of humor. They do very well with keeping you on task while at the same time talking to you, making it seem like it doesn't take as long as it does. They know how to push just enough without sounding pushy. Not only are the primary therapists wonderful, they have an awesome PRN staff willing to come in and help. They also train upcoming students and do an outstanding job at that. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, you are always treated as if you were their highest priority. I cannot recommend PPT-Lansing enough. Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed. I've been here through two knee replacements and one hip replacement and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

In the past 6 years i have used Preferred Physical Therapy in Leavenworth for a number of issues. The first time was with a broken wrist. Needless to say that I was totally impressed with the entire staff on the first visit. I chose Preferred when I needed therapy for my knee and ankle because I knew I would get the best care. I have needed PT for several issues. Samantha is my primary therapist but I have worked with the others as well. All are knowledgeable and professional. The support staff are friendly and efficient. I recommend this facility without reservation.
