Preferred Physical Therapy

This is the great physical therapy place , the staff is very friendly. The therapist Brekk is very knowledgeable and patient to treat different injuries. She not only uses various techniques to release pain but also teaches me how to exercise to make the body stronger in the long term. She will explain clearly the purpose of each treatment option and each exercise. Each session is very educational. I highly recommend her!

This is my first time doing physical therapy and I’m so happy I found Dr. Becky Phung. She is professional, has a calm energy and is focused on getting me where I want to be. During our appointments, she is present and doesn’t rush me. She always makes sure I’m comfortable with the exercises and that I understand how to do them properly, so I can be confident when doing them at home. She is helping me stay at a pace where I’m improving but not in pain while doing so. Becca is so kind, friendly and compassionate. She has been so helpful in booking my appointments and I enjoy seeing her when I check in.

I've been going to Preferred, weekly, for 4 years under my same therapist Dr. Becky Phung. I also do aquatic therapy with Shari Albright and it has been a game changer for me. Derek is great, Becca (front desk) is so helpful, Bob Clinic Director is very friendly. I can't imagine being with any other therapists at any other place. They are the best!

This staff is amazing! Bob Cole has been my life saver since October 2023. He is patient, , knowledgeable , and understanding! My surgeon could not say enough great things about him and this practice. I had a massive tear in my rotator cuff and had to have my bicep attached. I will refer this team every time. Nice to get good therapy but you get a smile everytime when you open the door . Customer service is impeccable!

I had a total left knee replacement. The staff is very understanding of your needs on where you want to be after your through. I want to get back to enjoying the things I did before like riding bikes, gardening and working out. I also like the one on one you get while you're there with no interference of them taking care of another client while taking care of you. Very clean facility with lobby that offers coffee while your ride waits.

I was anxious before going to Preferred Physical Therapy because my arm hurt so much. Yet, the second I got there I felt better: friendly front staff, my physical therapist is gentle, but also has me doing the stretches I need so my arm already feels better after just a few visits. I love the ultrasound, warm weighted towel-he even gave me a light door pulley to do stretches at home. So glad my doctor referred me here!
