Precision Physical Therapy

Miranda has been excellent. I started seeing her due to an anterior tibialis injury due to overloading while training for the 2021 Chicago marathon. Under her care, I was able to recuperate and train for the Amsterdam Marathon 2022. My performance greatly improved while minimizing the risk of injury (the sessions and home exercises + follow ups allowed me to train despite recent injuries). As I prepare for the 2023 NYC Half and the 2023 Berlin Marathon, Miranda will be an essential part of my journey. Her knowledge and skills are unmatched.

I saw Miranda after I had reoccurring issues with my lower back (bulged disc). She not only assisted me in speeding up my recovery, but educated me with helpful stretching and information that will prevent this in the future. Miranda did a great job explaining what was happening, why it was occuring, and how far I could push myself without making the issue worse. Since I've seen Miranda, I use all her stretches daily and am back to running and biking without pain. Precision therapy does a great job of healing and educating with a common sense approach. I like how they want to see you walk out the door healthy and healed without keeping you doing PT for life. I will continue to go back to them if any other issues arise.

Dr Miranda Henry is extremely knowledgeable, professional and educates at a level all can understand. Her treatments are precise and to the point making each visit efficient. My son does not like going to any “medical” appts and loves Miranda. He appreciates her candor and approach. She has been able to keep him competing despite multiple injuries.

I highly recommend Miranda at Precision Physical Therapy. Myself and three other family members have been to see her several times for chronic and acute injuries. Shoulders, necks, back, hips, and ankles have all been assessed and she has been able to quickly identify the issue and give effective exercises on all. I also like that I am scheduled based on the amount of and frequency of treatments I need, not based on how many treatment visits are authorized by my insurance company.

My daughter is a young adult athlete that plays hard in multiple sports. Dr. Miranda is our go to anytime she has an injury. She is an amazing therapist that not only takes time to understand the injury, but also provides thorough routines to keep the injury from occurring again. She is patient and kind. Our family has utilized her expertise over the last 8 years and will continue seeing her for many years to come. Dr. Miranda has made it possible for my daughter to stay at the top of her game go on to play D1 softball!

Dr. Miranda helped me much more than I could have imagined. I was having issues with the mobility of my right arm. After ruling out it was not the usual dog walking issues like a rotator cuff or major tear problem. Dr. Miranda was able to work my shoulder/back/neck area, along with giving me a few exercises I was to do regularly, truly helped. I would high recommend her. She helped me within 3-4 visits by teaching me what I can do to help prevent this sort of thing from happening. I will definitely see her again for any need I may encounter in the future.

I have made incredible progress with my trimalleolar ankle fracture since seeing Miranda at Precision Physical Therapy in PTC. Miranda is great at motivating me (especially when I am being stubborn). She is very compassionate, extremely well informed, and gives me solid direction on homework to get the results I need to prepare for my next surgery. I could not be happier with the care and results!!

Miranda is THE BEST physical therapist you will find. She has helped both of my sons after ACL repairs and their recovery was amazing. When they had pain, she always knew exactly what exercises they needed to do. Many times, they would follow her instructions and have instant relief. The exercises were simple and effective. She is knowledgeable and she knows how to get results.
