After 4 hip joint surgeries plus a broken pelvic bone, my gait had been off for decades. After the last hip replacement, I was having a particularly hard time with pain and walking even a year later. Finally I found Chrissy. For all my prior PT over the years, I was used to the chain shop PTs who opened a binder, read off exercises, and attended to others while the patient is left to do repetitions. But my legs were so different on both sides, the standard generic protocol wasn’t effective. I was feeling pretty discouraged when finally my orthopedic’s office recommended a PT location where Chrissy was working as part of earning advanced credentials. The experience with Chrissy was night and day compared to the chain locations—and it’s allowed me to get back to a normal life! All her assistance was individually-tailored at each visit to my specific situation (no pre-printed binder of one-size-fits-all protocols in sight :). She also helped with hands-on when needed with stretching, trigger point release, and fine-tuning exercise techniques to ensure I was getting the right benefits instead of falling into my old habits of muscle compensation. These things were a huge difference from my many prior PT experiences. Her ability and skill is so unique and above the norm that I feel I’d still be struggling to walk properly and without pain if not for Chrissy. To top it off, she’s a genuine pleasure to see and has such positive cheerful energy! She really cares about helping her patients. I can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. Chrissy & Dr. Cassie make a great team! I came to them with running related issues and they have been helping me work through them to become a stronger runner. I always look forward to my visits & they really take the time to make sure I am learning to engage all the proper muscles & use proper technique when doing the recommended exercises. Professional yet fun to be around. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chrissy is the best physical therapist I have seen in all my years of training, both at the collegiate and post collegiate level. She takes a whole body approach to ensure that your body is moving in the most optimal way. With her help, I have been able to come back quickly and better than ever from a femoral neck stress fracture. As an athlete herself, Dr. Chrissy will work with you to figure out how to best get you back to doing what you love. One of the many skills that set her apart from other PTs is her dry needle work. She is top notch at providing instant relief to your trouble spots. Even though I have recovered from my injuries, I plan to continue to work with her to become a better, stronger runner and athlete for years to come.

I have been in physical therapy more than I would like to admit due to sports-related injuries and surgeries. Having worked with many different PT professionals during my time as an athlete - from high school through college and competing after college - I can say with assurance that Dr. Chrissy is one of the best out there. Her anatomical expertise, wide range of therapies, whole body approach, and sincere attention and support - all are truly exceptional and I could not be more fortunate to have found her. She has been instrumental in keeping my body healthy. Thank you Dr. Chrissy!

Chrissy is just awesome to work with!! She listened to issues I’ve been having with my hip and elbow for months leading up to my first visit. She designed a specific PT program (based on what I am able to do) and helped relieve pain with additional techniques. I can’t say enough good things about her. Thanks, Chrissy! Shelley

I originally scheduled PT with Dr. Chrissy because I had a problem with one of my knees. The Friday before my first session, the other one went out. I was a mess. While I ended up having surgery on the second one, it took almost two months. During that time, I started having trouble with my wrists and arms due to overuse. This made it challenging to do my home exercises. Dr. Chrissy needled, massaged and gave me some great exercises. She got my muscles moving again. In the beginning, I struggled with walking, sitting and standing. I was happy it was the summer and I didn’t need socks. The first time I had to put socks on, it took about 10 minutes. Now, it’s a piece of cake. One of the things she asked me to work on was to get my feet on the bottom bar of the chairs. It took a while, but I was finally able to get both of them to rest there! When my feet were hurting, she taught me how to walk properly. I came for my knees and got so much more as my wrists and arms got better with her help as well. Yesterday, I shoveled snow and it didn’t hurt. Today, I walked over 1.5 miles, the most I’ve done since June 2020. Each day I get better and I thank Dr. Chrissy for that. She is easy-going making it easy to talk to her. She explains where I’m supposed to feel the exercises so I do them right. I’m still on the mend, but I wouldn’t be this far without her. This was my first time working with a Physical Therapist and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr.Chrissy!

Drs. Chrissy and Cassie are awesome! They are incredibly knowledgeable and truly care about helping patients. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything we were doing. They really helped me learn more about my running form and how to improve it. Their strength training classes are also great, I wish I knew about them sooner!

Dr. Chrissy has been a miracle worker for me as far as I’m concerned. Without her help, I don’t know where I’d be right now. First off, a little about me. I’m 41 year old male, 6’2”, 210 lb. As a former athlete that had let my body go for the past couple decades, I made a commitment to myself about a year ago to take far greater care of my health by way of fitness. My fitness regimen consisted of boxing, running, and strength training and power lifting. After about 6 months, my body began to disagree with my newfound passion for the gym. I started having pain my back/hip area that started to scare me. My gym sessions became painful, shorter, and limited. I was greatly concerned that I’d have to take time away from the gym. Being a stubborn man, generally wary of going to the doctor, I decided on a whim to find an expert in Sports Medicine that might be able to help me get better without missing time and losing progress and I was referred to Dr. Chrissy. Within the the first 15 minutes of my first appointment, Dr. Chrissy had my diagnosed this as an issue with my SI joint and went to work. Using her techniques of manipulation and dry needling, I left her office almost 100% pain free and by the next morning I was back in the gym doing heavy deadlifts and squats without limitation. After a couple more follow up appointments, I also had a few new exercises to work on that would improve my core and stabilizing muscles that I had never even thought to work before. A month or so later, I experienced a pinched nerve in my shoulder which was causing all sorts of menacing feelings through my arm and eventually through my other extremities. This also became a very worrisome time for me and although I toughed it out for several sessions, with a couple numb limbs, I knew the best thing to do was to visit Dr. Chrissy again. After about 4 more sessions, lots of manipulations, dry needling, stretches and specified exercises (thank you “Wiggles and Shrugs), I’ve rebounded almost 100% without ever missing a session at the gym. Heck, I even come in with random joint pain issues I ask her to check out. Last session I complained of a sore elbow and she looked at it for 2 minutes, “cracked” it back into place and it was like there was never an issue. Fact is, without Dr. Chrissy’s help, any of these issues could have become a much bigger setback that took me off my routine, stopped by progress and derailed my ability attain my goals. Instead, I’ve been able to continue to maintain working my program, keeping both my body and mind in great shape. Definitely recommend 10/10
