Very disappointed. My 87 year old mother made an appointment to see the doctor. We were told to fill out paperwork online and then to arrive 30 minutes ahead of time. After trying on 4 different devices the paperwork went through. I called to follow up to make sure they received the paperwork and I was assured they had. The day before my mom’s appointment they called to reschedule her for the following week. My sister drove 6 hours to take her to the appointment. When they got to the office they told my mom she was supposed to be there an hour ahead of time. They explained what we’d been told. The office manager looked in the notes to see and confirm what we been told. She admitted that the info we’d been given was wrong and that she’d need to do some retraining of the office staff. The office manager told my mom she’s see if she could get her in the next week (2 weeks later than original appointment) but that they couldn’t see her that day even though it was their fault for the miscommunication. She stated she would personally call my mom to let her know when she could be seen but 8 days later we’re still waiting and no call. My 87 year old mother has been in major debilitating pain for over 3 months and we were so hopeful that Dr Kube could give her some relief and some hope for a better quality of life. Unfortunately now my mom doesn’t want to even go to this office. Luckily we were able to get her in to see another pain doctor. Highly disorganized office.

I don't think I've been more insulted in my life. For the past few years I've been struggling with my back post herniation and years of being ignored. I came to Dr Kube begging for him to listen. I was 15 mins early to my injections instead of 30, and he cancelled the appointment entirely, stating I have no regard for my health and stormed off. This has been a nightmare, zero pain meds, no regard for how bad my body is and brushing me off entirely to answer phone calls in the middle of appointments. He's lucky he's not reported to the medical board, but if I discover my back has progressed with his lack of care I will be reporting his behavior. This is unacceptable. If you work for him, find another job. He's not worth your mental health. He's a horrible person, and I can't imagine how he treats his staff and what he says about his patients behind closed doors.

While the facility is clean and the staff friendly/competent, it is poor customer service to have any news channel on in the waiting room. A medical facility should be a place of calm and not a space for advertising the facility’s political proclivities. When I requested to have the channel changed to something mindless, like HGTV, I was told they could not without the approval of the doctor. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but a place of business, particularly one that is in the healthcare business, should try to create an environment that is safe, welcoming, and calming to all patrons.

Staff is very friendly and put me at ease the first time I walked through the door. Everyone explains what they are doing and answers all of my questions. This office is very patient centered and their actions show they really care! I like the feel of the independently owned practice. Highly recommend Prairie Spine and Pain Clinic.

The staff are nice and professional, but my procedure was scheduled 10:30am. And it ended being around a hour late, but we were not kept informed. From the time of arrival which they asked me to come in 30 minutes before my appt. To fill out paperwork which ended up just me signing to financial statement. To where they got me prepped for the procedure was quick. But we waited and waited with the only update that the surgery of the patient was running late, was because we overheard the staff talking amongst themselves. Just would be better if we were informed in person.

Kaitlyn is amazing! She has been wonderful through the entire process. All the staff was really nice and took great care of me. Dr Kube and Dr Kitterman always took time to listen to me and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend these doctors and nurses!

My epidural steroid injection was virtually pain free. Andrew Kitterman explained everything very thoroughly and he and his staff were attentive and compassionate.

I would not choose any other place to go other than Prairie Spine & Pain for my lower lumbar issue. Dr Kube’s office staff are wonderful, friendly, caring, most of all helpful and patient. Kelly, the front desk attendant, is extremely well at her job. Always there to help you with any questions you have. I always look forward to her smiling face. Dr Kitterman is a wonderful doctor to see. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Above all he makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. He is extremely attentive and listens to all your concerns and then discusses it with you and together you find a solution to the problem. Prairie Spine & Pain is and always will be the best when it comes to pain issues.
