Prairie Grove Health & Rehab

An employee of this facility (wearing a PGH&R shirt and scrubs) was extremely rude, and berated me loudly in public over who was in line first at Sam's. I don't know what was going wrong with her that day, but if you're going to go out in your work attire it would behoove you not to spew mean-spirited vitriol in the checkout line. We let you go first after your little tirade, and that still wasn't good enough and you had to "tell us off". Seriously lady, you had your kids with you. Is that the example you want to set- especially when you're out Christmas shopping? Your website says of one employee, "Jayme believes that all award winning care comes from a team approach and leading by example". Was the example I saw last night? Some example. "She truly believes a happy life is all about family, both work and home." But clearly this does not extend to interactions with the public. I would never take my loved one to a rehab center where the staff was so mean-spirited. Why don't y'all practice what you preach on your poorly updated website.

It's a small little city park and they have found Spanish coin at the old spring that's in the park it has a pretty nice playground restrooms picknick tables harps stores next to it lot of trees very well maintained

I have been a resident of Prairie Grove Health and Rehab for almost eight years. I have received exceptional care from All members of the staff. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a Nursing Home for long term care. You will Not be disappointed.
