Powers Physio Fit really helped me with my sprained ankle. When my orthopedist prescribed physical therapy, I said "Really? Can't I just keep it elevated and on ice?" He said "You want it to heal correctly, don't you?" After my very first visit here I noticed a remarkable difference in pain reduction and mobility. In addition, I feel like they did a great job following COVID-19 precautions, requiring masks, providing hand sanitizer and cleaning the facility between patients.. Highly recommend.
