Could not say enough good things about Gavin and Power Up PT! Gavin was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. He was able to help me progress from daily low back pain to training for an Ironman race pain free! If anyone was struggling with lower quality of care from insurance based PT, I would consider breaking the mold and seeing Gavin for uninterrupted 1 on 1 care to get you to your goals faster!

I've been working with Gavin for over a year now - I had really tight shoulders and very limited mobility. Gavin put together a detailed plan in addition to exercises throughout the days/ weeks. In my time working with him, my shoulder mobility has increased significantly and my shoulders no longer give me pain. I can't recommend Gavin and the Power-Up PT team enough!!!

I had been dealing with chronic back pain for about a year. I was referred to Gavin and he was able to diagnose what was causing my pain. After consistent sessions with him my back pain became tolerable and I was able to get back to the activities that I love doing.

I could not speak more highly of Gavin and Power-Up. I live a very active lifestyle and after a knee injury that left me unable to walk I was desperate to heal as quickly as possible. I went to several PT places that I was disappointed in when I finally got a referral from a friend for Gavin. Gavin was extremely thorough in understanding my injury, body mechanics, and goals. He came up with a plan in and outside his office to help me regain my ability to walk and get back to my normal lifestyle. I am now back to walking, running, lifting, and skiing without any pain and I give Gavin all the credit. I continue to see Gavin for any type of ongoing pain and injuries and would recommend Power-Up to anyone. Thanks so much Gavin!

I started working with Gavin when I had a rotator cuff injury that was not resolving, and have continued seeing him for maintenance visits. He is talented, knowledgeable, and explains injuries and treatments super clearly. I thought my shoulder would never feel better, and now I’m virtually pain free! Continuing to work with him is one of the best investments I have made in myself, as someone who wants to stay as active as she can as long as she can with minimal pain or injury. If you need a physical therapist, he’s your guy!

I really enjoyed working with Gavin! He was not only able to help me get rid of my back pain, but he also gave me the tools/knowledge to prevent my back from flaring up again in the future. My sessions with him were pain relieving, as well as educational AND entertaining - he is great company! I was nervous going into physical therapy, as I had never done it before, but Gavin made me feel very comfortable throughout every session. I would HIGHLY recommend working with him for all your PT needs!

I had a back/disc injury almost 10 years ago that never fully resolved. I had been living with quite a lot of pain during that time. Surgery had been recommended to me, but I decided to start seeing Gavin before committing to surgery and my quality of life has dramatically improved. I can't thank him enough for the turn around I've had. I recommend his services very highly.

Gavin does a wonderful job of meeting you where you are at, and getting you to farther than you thought you could be. I injured my ACL and meniscus, and when I got to him I felt so defeated. I had a really horrible pt experience, so needless to say I wasn't coming to him with any hope. He not only helped me work on my strength, walking, and now running (YES!), but he's a great physical therapist in that he's encouraging and kept my spirits up while feeling overwhelmed with my recovery. He explains things clearly, asks great questions, and really understands what activities I wanted to get back to. I basically harass any human I come into contact with that needs a physical therapist that Gavin is the only option, and I truly cannot believe the progress I have made. And none of that would have happened without Gavin's guidance, and his great sense of humor. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
