Brittany is the reason that I am well on my way to regaining my strength and athleticism after pregnancy. She treated me during my second postpartum period. I went to another PT after my first baby, and while that PT did successfully address my incontinence, it turned out that I was not prepared to return to strenuous exercise. When I did return (Olympic lifting), I had multiple weaknesses (glues, TA) that led to pain and injury. ("Clearing" women to workout 6 weeks after giving birth, without comprehensive PT strategies, is kinda BS in my opinion).

Anyway, after my second pregnancy, Brittany assessed my overall strength and provided me with a clear recovery plan to gain strength where I needed!
Brittany's skill as a PT combined with her expertise in strength coaching is crucial for anyone who wants to return to their prior levels of athleticism, whether it be post-injury or post-pregnancy. She explained the "why" behind each exercise and gave me an overview of how we were going to progressively load each one, was very patient until I understood how to do each exercise, and held me accountable via facetime when COVID lockdown prevented us from meeting up. She is awesome!!
