A couple years back I was in Serve knee pain so much pain that it was so hard to walk, swollen legs, We had gone to doctors But couldn’t get the help I needed. my husband found this place and I went maybe twice, at that time I was closing down my salon so budget was tight.. long story short ..I don’t know what they did, but I have not had that pain since then. I am walking up and down the stairs, basically running fine & with very light pain. I just wanna say I am very thankful for them. You guys are amazing an all you do and I plan on going back.

Over the course of the last 4 years, the entire Positive Action team has worked with me to help me regain mobility and strength. The personalized treatment is second to none. Each week, no matter who I was working with, was knowledgeable about where I was in my journey, my current issues, and had great steps to get me pain free despite having a demanding career that required counterproductive travel and measures. Their care didn't stop in that 1 hour session, we always talk about success outside of PT, not just with exercises to help, but also with recovery (sleep, nutrition, etc.). Truly I could not be more impressed with the entire team and their commitment to bettering their patients lives each step of the way.

Troy is an awesome provider! With his help and guidance I have been able to strengthen my hips, legs and ankles. My balance is slowly improving and I’m noticing a lot of good things with my fitness journey. The staff is really awesome and welcoming! They are very attentive and make sure all my questions are answered. Definitely happy with my choice to be a member of Positive Action Rehab and Performance!

I have had an incredible experience at Positive Action! The staff is professional, attentive, and truly committed to helping you recover. Each session was personalized to my needs, and the progress I’ve made has been remarkable. The therapists are highly skilled, and they create such a positive, encouraging environment. The facility is clean and well-organized, which made every visit pleasant. I can’t thank the team enough for helping me regain my strength and mobility. Highly recommend Positive Action to anyone looking for quality care!

The staff at Positive Action are amazing and very knowledgeable. I came in for a running analysis to improve my running form and to help alleviate my knee pain. Troy was great with explaining the various exercises and he was always easy to get in touch with if I had any questions outside of our sessions. I highly recommend them!

I started coming to Positive Action after surgery to repair a torn pec injury that happened while I was bench pressing. We started with very basic range of motion exercises and after I regained my full range of motion worked on to rebuilding strength. I get homework each week to build on what we do in the sessions. I can still go to CrossFit classes, but Jesse and Edwin give me ways to modify the workouts to still get a workout in, but also to supplement my PT. The staff is very responsive to how I’m feeling and it feels like the therapy is built specifically for me.

I highly recommend the team at Positive Action! I had tried virtual PT sessions with another provider that helped to relieve back pain I was experiencing for a period of time. However, the same service was not as successful with a shoulder injury, and after months of not being able to train my upper body I decided to look for a different solution when they started to talk about a need for surgery. At that same time, my back pain had returned, and the plan of exercises being prescribed were not working to relieve the pain. After just a handful of sessions with Edwin focused on treating the back, the immediate pain was gone, allowing me to start bringing some exercises back into rotation. We shifted to treating the shoulder shortly thereafter, and I was back to normal activities in the gym that I had been avoiding, albeit at lighter loads, within a couple of months WITHOUT surgery. The plan Edwin put me through for strength/stability of the joint has increased my capacity for overhead and pulling movements to levels that exceed my abilities prior to injury. I have continued to schedule at least monthly sessions with Edwin or Troy as part of a general maintenance and performance improvement program to help avoid future injuries. The open communication through the app has been great for advice between sessions whenever any pain pops up elsewhere during my training. They have been great at adjusting exercises on the fly based on feedback on how I'm feeling and how my training is progressing.

The diagnosing, in-office treatment, continuity of care, and friendly faces are the reasons I give Edwin and the team of Positive Action 5 stars. I’ve had experience with other rehab and performance facilities before and I would’ve recommended them to others. However, I didn’t know what I was missing until my husband encouraged me to see Edwin. I personally see Edwin and he’s with me both for my treatment and post-treatment exercise demos that I’ll need to do once I leave the office. I have really liked this aspect of the practice because it’s very personal and I don’t feel like I’m getting passed down the chain where certain nuances can get lost in translation. My husband and I own a gym and I can confidently refer our members to Positive Action and trust them wholeheartedly. From our members that have sought treatment with Positive Action, they’ll come in with a plan so they can continue to work out safely so life doesn’t have to stop when they have an issue. We as gym owners and coaches work hand in hand with Edwin and his team so the patient/member can get the most out of their gym membership and the treatment Positive Action is providing. My one complaint is that Edwin cannot be bribed into eliminating my at-home post-treatment exercises. I have tried. It does not work.
