Dr. James listens to his patients😷. He also does Natural homeopathic treatments that are great. I Took my grandmother and great aunt for treatments and the results were incredible! After 2 treatments you feel great more energy. He has grown a lot in patients that there is a delay in waiting now. But its worth the care. Staff is very friendly👍

I just wish to express my deepest condolences for the loss of our beloved Dr. Dwight James whom passed peacefully on November 5th, 2018. May you Rest In Peace sweet friend 🙏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻 To those of you whom choose to leave cruel harsh words in the comments regarding the office being closed upon arrival, please seek information before judgement. This office has been a “Family” for MANY years and the word of the doctors death was obviously painful as one can only imagine. It has been my experience for many many years that this entire office has never been nothing but professional, devoted and caring so before passing judgment please research the facts first. Thank you Valley Prompt care and Dr. James for all you have done. I pray for healing for all who knew and loved him that our hearts will one day feel whole once again🙏🏻💔🙏🏻💔

The staff are so rude. My son was throwing up and they were too busy to help and even though we called for an appointment we we're treated like an annoyance. I changed my general practitioner. Dr. James is amazing if you can get in to see him

I have been going to P.V.P.C for a while now, for numerous things, not once have i been treated rude or with disrespect. I believe people must understand appointment or not Doctors office will always have delays, YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE SICK OR HURT IN THAT WAITING ROOM. Great experience every time. Keep up the great work guys.

It's very unprofessional for them to not even get a hold of patients and let them know what was going on. Its sad because I was really starting to like Dr. Lewis. It's time to find a new doctor now. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The nurses here are so rude and not helpful at all. I'm a workers comp patient in tons of pain, they made me wait 2 and a half hours to be seen with an appointment!!! it seems like they care more about their diet customers than their patients..oh and Dr. James after waiting all that time asked me one question and let me go.. no more than 2 minutes was I seen!!!!! I just called to get seen cause I can't walk.. they said their booked!!!! Wtf!!! Really I can't walk!! This place is horrible dont go here ..

Dr. James is caring and considerate. Although he sees many patients throughout the day, when you are in the exam room, he makes you feel like you are his only patient.

I will forever miss Dr. James and his staff. Rest in peace in your mansion in Heaven Dr. James 💔💔
