I just wanted to say thank you so much Mr. Brandon and Mr. Andre for helping me after my accident.... The staff here from when you walk in and Anna greets you with a smile and is so professional and always kept me updated on my appointments... The manager there is also very friendly and down to earth but very professional in making sure the facility is appropriately in order .... Mr Brandon and Mr. Andre are the coolest PT you'll ever come in contact with ... They are also very professional friendly and fun to be around and take great pride in making sure they get you back to where you need to be after injury... I highly recommend this location and these group of hard working PT to anyone looking. Thank you so much team Portera

My daughter is a patient for her pinched nerves and she got better in about 12 weeks. This place is absolutely amazing. I recommend this place. She also did it for her ankle. I will say Andre Goldson and Mr Brandon r really good for your kids. šŸ˜€

I absolutely love coming here for treatment. The exercises make me feel a lot better, the staff are friendly and I’m seeing improvements in my physical ability. This is the best physical therapy office I ever visited. I have reduced lower back pain and I couldn’t say that 10 years ago.

I arrived a mess but, Dr. Dimbo and his team assessed the situation and Started treating me right away. Strengthening, rebuilding flexibility and improving usage of my muscles and joints. I especially appreciated the knowledge of these individuals in knowing how bad the pain and discomfort is/was and I did not have to tell them. If you want the best; go to Potera Rehabilitation.

The people make this place amazing! I hate physical therapy with every fiber of my being. Unfortunately, if I ever want to walk like a normal human being again, it needs to happen. The folks at Portera in Temple Hills don't just make PT bearable, they actually have me looking forward to my appointments. Their knowledge, professionalism, warmth, kindness and humor are exemplary and pretty much the opposite of what I expected. The therapists are some of the best medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with and the front desk staff makes my day every time I interact with them. If you need physical therapy, go to Portera. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have never been to a worst physical therapy office. The office manager Carlista is very rude, disrespectful and entitled. I also got charged ā€œpatient co-payā€ even though I had primary and secondary insurance.

The therapist here make you feel comfortable and make sure you're getting better. They play music and talk about stuff. It's like family. And I been here plenty of times and I appreciate everything they have done for me. The office coordinator is makes sure you know your appointment with a call.

I can't say how much I love the staff at Portera. From the receptionist to the PT. I started receiving treatment Nov 2022 and completed treatment in Feb 2023 awful knee pain. I could barely walk when I started and now I can walk up steps. I was given tool and guidance to support my physical health and to assist me in the future.
