Very friendly staff and doctors, it was easy to schedule an appointment. I loved that I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. Doctor Kim Dinh listened to my questions and concerns and was able to answer them and provide me with medications that would benefit me.
Always a pleasure seeing Dr. Kim. She is very knowledgeable with helping me figure out a solution for my medical issues.

The doctors are amazing, their front desk unfortunately is NOT, to get them to do any paperwork or fax, email, follow up can be a challenge especially for prescriptions. Again, their doctors are amazing, except some of these ladies act like they are doing us the patients a huge favor and going out of their way. No one has time for all that, let's just get it done please. A simple follow up would save a ton of miscommunication. If you can't connect, how do you communicate? Thank you.

All staff are polite and helpful The security guard is kind and helpful. Dr Deanda is the most caring and awesome person. Radiology dept is very helpful too

How does this place receive a 4.8? Dr. Sung told me my son had a life-threatening condition and needed to go to the ER immediately. My son had a 101 fever that lasted a few days. After taking x-rays and staying at the ER for 6 hours, the ER doctor stated that Dr. Sung is basically an idiot and that my son just had a common viral infection. He was better the next day. Please for the health of La Verne, do not get Dr. Sung as your doctor, she is either extremely scared of liability or just a bad doctor in general. She is better suited for front desk typing, it's safer there.
