Pomona Valley Health Centers (PVHC) at Claremont

Dr. Okazaki at Pomona Valley Health Center at Claremont is amazing. The staff is kind and courteous. So understanding and helpful. Dr. Okazaki is compassionate and great at communicating what he is doing and why. Also very responsive to what is going on with me as a patient. I am a new patient and I love the process and being able to get everything done in a timely fashion.

The office staff was great, they got me in quickly, and made my follow-up appointment just as quickly on the way out. The M.A. was patient and took time with me to try to get a lower B.P. reading. The P.A. was also patient and willing to listen, taking her time to figure out the right diagnosis. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.

First time meeting Dr. Thuy Bach and her medical team. Very polite and professional. Dr. Bach was amazingly thorough and I enjoyed her as my physician. Will be back for any health care needs.

Love Thuy Bach as a Dr and as just a person in general. Comes in with positive energy every time! She always gets me in and out with my questions and concerns answered and my problems solved. I never feel like I'm being being judged for being seen regardless of what I'm being seen for.

Doctor Bach was great. However, the front desk and Nurse were incompetent and lazy. Need to check on your email issues and communication between the Nurses and Front Desk. We waited for a school entrance exam form the entire visit to find out it was in fact received by the front desk, but they never printed it and brought it back to the Nurse or Doctor. The Nurse never checked with the front desk. Then they refused to ask the Doctor to fill out the form when we were checking out. It’s literally the only reason we scheduled a visit and waited two months for our appt. Do better by your patients or they will find other practices to spend their money.

Thuy Bach is a great physician. She listens to her patients. She knowledgeable and very helpful in getting the health issues resolved. She cares and I never feel rushed in seeing her. Her bed side manners are impeccable.

I hardly ever post anything, but I feel like I need to give great reviews on Dr. Thuy Bach and her great assistant Diane very professional very polite very thorough.
