Pomona Urgent Care

I went to this urgent care feeling awful and depressed I just wanted to go home and lay down , they took my info as soon as I came in the door and on top of that they asked me to wait in my car and they would call me , what a god send I knew I couldn’t sit around a bunch of ppl. The person named Maria was quick and most importantly understanding and made me feel like everything is going to be ok ❤️ I will be coming back when I’m in a vulnerable position.

I am truly impressed by this facility as soon as those doors open they greet you and make you feel welcome. All the staff there are super friendly and have great customer service. Pomona urgent care is so clean and organized. The wait time there was about 10 min max also I was a new patient there. They took me back and the doctor was in my room within 10 minutes. I honestly was dreading to go because I thought I was going to wait a long time. I will definitely use this urgent Care again if I need to. Thank you again for the great customer service!!!!

came from Texas and needed urgent care & Dr. Gutierrez and nurse Maria were the best providers that we could have ever asked for! They were so thorough and so nice and really care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience. Clean and well maintained facility. They saw me very quickly, and I used their onsite pharmacy for quick filling of the recommended prescriptions.

Thanks so much destiny and jennifer. very professional. Very patient, very friendly, helped me clean the ear for an hour, there was a big piece of ear wax in the ear, blocked completely can not hear the sound, finally washed out with water, I feel the whole world is clear!

Maria did an awesome job removing my stitches thank you for doing so well giving us the best job on my face!

I don’t even have words to say. They refused to see my child because she was fussy, crying, and scared (she was sick!). I took her to an urgent care in riverside and they took care of her right away, as real medical professionals should. The female doctor with white hair and Dominique (receptionist) were so horrible to me and my daughter, and if you have kids, you know that when your child is sick, you’re already a worried mess. It was an experience I will never forget. If you have kids, don’t go here

Facility looks great. My two year old was sick and the receptionist told us only one parent is allowed in the room with him. As a mom that was very disappointing and those policies, if they are in fact true, should be eliminated.
