Polaris Physical Therapy PLLC (Maspeth)

I have been coming to Polaris for 12 sessions now and I am very pleased with their service. Trish has been my therapist and she has been great. She is very friendly yet professional. She is very good at what she does. Always is a great listener and always explains things in easy to understand terms. Other workers in this center are very nice and friendly too. I recommend this place to anyone

I usually don’t leave reviews but I am having really a great experience so far at Polaris physical therapy is an amazing place to have your therapy every one is so friendly from receptionist, aids and therapist . Dr Nidhi who I am taking therapy with, is very knowledgeable, she has explained everything so clearly. She is the best PT I have ever had, also Erin is very good they are very effective treating my condition. I highly recommend this place.

I have tried many physical therapy offices in the last couple of years. Some I visited only once, others a couple of times because they seemed okay, then there was Polaris that I thought that was really great. I truly didn’t know what proper PT should look like before I came to Polaris. The professionalism and knowledge this place has to offer is amazing. Everyone is always friendly and I feel welcomed whenever I’m there. A special thanks to Dr. Vik who helped me so much. He always listens and he tries to understand how my life circumstances may affect the level of my pain. I never feel rushed. Every time I leave the office I feel so much better, not only physically but also mentally. I highly recommend this place.

Very lovely and professional stuff. The therapist Dr Nidhi is absolutely amazing and very patience and caring about my condition. I am getting physical therapy with her in this clinic and after only three sessions that I already did, I feel much better, a lot of improvement and much less pain thanks to the therapy and the exercises that I’m doing there. I 100% recommend to do therapy there!!!

I am very happy I found Polaris after I needed rehab for my sprained foot. Everyone is kind, friendly, caring and always checking on your progress throughout the session. Moreover, Erind, who has been my main therapist, really helped my progress with walking and strengthening of my foot for whom I’m greatly indebted. If you need rehab, this is the place to go.

I’m so grateful for Nidhi and Erind for rehabilitating my elderly mom over the last month. She has shown massive improvement through practicing the exercises and her mood has also improved tremendously. Super professional, excellent staff but special shout out to Erind—you can tell he is so passionate about what he does and is a real expert at it. We feel like we’re in such great hands! 🙌🏾

Great service at Polaris Physical Therapy!!! The staff team for being professional, caring, and attentive. They always greet me with a smile and never rush me through the exercises. The facility is clean and well-equipped. They go above and beyond to help their patients! I highly recommend Nidhi and Wioletta if you’re going to get pt, they’re very knowledgeable and passionate in what they do!!!!!

By far The best Physical Therapy place in the neighborhood if not entire borough! My life has been changed forever by Doctor Nidhi Mahajan's knowledge, professional experience and personal approach. I got referred here during my third trimester of pregnancy when my body was just too tired and achy all over. Even walking became painful. Dr.Nidhi knew exactly what I was going through and got to the root of the problem which gave me instant relief. Such a caring and most importantly knowledgeable Doctor in Pelvic Floor Therapy , she made the end of my pregnancy so much better. Gave me words of comfort and encouragement during every session. It really ment a lot. I felt at ease and prepared for the delivery with all the advice Doctor gave me. Now that I am postpartum I am continuing to come in to improve my health and to speed up the recovery post labor and delivery. I highly recommend Polaris Physical Therapy for all your needs. The staff in the practice is always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Try it for yourself and you will not regret it. Have been amazing results for me.
