The front desk staff are extremely nice and friendly. The therepists, especially Lindsey, are thorough, knowledgeable, and well worth any drive.

This was the worst billing experience. I specifically asked if I needed to pay a copay since the sign on the front desk and twice listed on the website. I was told it was going to insurance. Then a month later I was billed for the copay. They need to figure out their policy to avoid confusion.

The staff and my therapist Kaitlynn have been the BEST!! I’m only a few weeks in and have four more weeks to go! I have no doubt I’ll be back and ready to move and shake again! Thank you Kaitlynn

They lied about having my insurance plan when scheduling appointment. I found out they didn't take it when we showed up for the 1st appointment. Now my child has to wait longer to get physical therapy because we have to find another facility. I don't live in town and I had to take time from work. Now I have to take more off. I'm the only one working in my household, so even one hour off effects us.

My first sessions with this Rehab company was excellent, 2 years ago. This time not so much. I pre-scheduled all my visits, and on the 4th visit my therapist was not around, and the stand-in had apparently not studied my chart and not thought about what treatment I needed. That visit was a total waste, and I canceled all my future appointments and recovered on my own. Then I paid my bill through bill pay, and unfortunately put the wrong account number in. After receiving more statements, I called the office, where the person I talked to insisted up front that she had not received the payment, and I needed to go to my bank. No investigation, no questions. I gently offered that perhaps the bill had been applied to my old account number, and while she was looking that up she asked if I had called my bank. But it turns out that the payment had been applied to an old account (my fault) that had a zero balance (really?) . It is very irritating to deal with people who are positive about their position without any investigation, insist the money never arrived, post payments to an account where nothing is owed, and act like everyone else is failing to do their job. I made a mistake with the account number. You are not qualified to talk to customers! Think, don't react!

A great place to go for Physical Therapy. The staff at the desk and the Therapists are all friendly and very helpful. They do an excellent job with keeping the building clean and sanitary.

I was referred here by workers comp - everything was all set up and I got a call to schedule. I scheduled my appointment and felt unwelcome - the receptionist was not very patient with me. When my appointment finished I felt as though I had no hope to fixing the vertigo I . I don’t remember the therapists name (I think Leslie), but she was extremely pushy and telling me what days and times I ‘needed’ to come in. I communicated with her that I needed rides to my appointments, she then told the receptionist to just put down what she said. I called and cancelled all of my appointments a couple days later. A week later I missed a call stating I had an appointment, after stating the day and time I cancelled, they apologized. Months later I received an $85 bill from them (this was workers comp related) and should have not been billed. I contacted workers comp and they said it was never approved. They re-submitted visits, and the very next day they were spam calling me (when I told them and workers comp I refuse to go here again). It got to the point I had to block there number. I would never recommend this place. The worst experience of all my appointments and then had to pay for their mistake.

Kate has been amazing. I'm an old guy faced with an arthritic back and hands and desperately trying to maintain a quality of life that includes disc golf. Kate has worked diligently to help me improve range of motion and flexibility, never once giving me an option to quit. I curse her often while following her stretching and strength building regimen but I know my best interest is her goal. Today when it was difficult and we were looking forward I asked if maybe disc golf wasn't in my future? She didn't waver..."it's your passion, we'll find a way". I love this place, it's highly recommended.
