PMR of Danbury

I injured myself at work, and was required to perform physical therapy. I had no idea what I was getting into, but from the moment I walked in the door at PMR, I felt like family. The staff is experienced, knowledgeable and professional. The team didn't just treat my injury, but were willing to assist with other health issues without trying to sell me a bunch of services. What I once thought of as voodoo nonsense (chiropractor and acupuncture), have become a life saver and greatly improved my mobility, sleep and overall quality of life. I have had a hard time turning my head for a long time and after my first session with Dr. Tilden, I got in my car to back-up and felt like a baby owl. No more back-up camera for me, I'm seeing the world in 3D.

I’m very pleased with the care and treatment I’m receiving at PMR. They accepted my workers comp and Dr. Tilden, Imani (acupuncturist), Dr. Kurra, and the entire staff are great 👍🏾. Since my car accident, the treatments I receive has helped improve my mobility and has reduced stiffness in my neck and back. I’m noticing a great deal of progress thanks to their collective efforts.

After 6 weeks of PT at PMR, I feel a noticeable difference in my balance & strength!! I enjoyed being physically challenged within safe limits, knowledgeable doctors & therapist, professional & courteous staff. The hours are convenient and there's plenty of parking. *Update: 6 months post-op of hip arthroscopy and this place is still AWESOME! Deb at the front desk is always helpful & accommodating to my changing schedule...Randy, David & Dr. Craig have been instrumental in my recovery, new found strength & ability. I look forward to riding track again and getting back on skis this winter!

The whole team is wonderful from the minute you walk in! The receptionist is soo friendly and Dr Craig Tilden is a wonderful Chiropractor!!! I would recommend this office to anyone! Try them you’ll love them!

As a hygienist my body kills me by the end of the work week and the only thing I look forward to is coming here to feel myself again. The whole staff is friendly and just awesome at what they do. They just bought a new type of therapy machine called radial pressure wave therapy that I've been getting done the past few weeks. Game changing! It's helped so much with relieving the pain in my trap & shoulder muscles. Very highly recommend to anyone dealing with muscle pain!!

Highly recommend this place! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable and all work well together. I learned a-lot of strengthening exercises to help with my knee pain from a torn meniscus likely. I was able to do alot of these exercises at home and will continue to work on my strength so if I have surgery it will be an easier recovery. If surgery is in the future I will definitely be back to continues with my physical therapy! David was great to work with and made a painful experience fun and now my husband is starting up with Dr Tillman too! Thanks to all! Keep up the good work!

I am so grateful that I found PMR in Danbury on my search for a physical therapist near me. I honestly didn’t have faith in physical therapy due to my past horrible experience, but I must say PMR changed that. Everyone in the Danbury office is so friendly and knowledgeable. It’s almost 5 months since I began my physical therapy with Randy, I must say he is great. He is hands on and very attentive. I highly recommend PMR in Danbury.
