PM Method Physical Therapy + Pilates

I only dealt with Dr. Paige during my first visit but if it was an indication of the level of knowledge, compassion, and depth of care to be expected, the PM Method is the place to go. Dr. Paige did her evaluation, identified very specific findings (which matched prior diagnoses), explained the findings in a way related to an athletic experience, and was ready to work through a course of treatment plan. Initially I was hesitant to go due to the time it takes from my residence (both major thoroughfares are bad) but I'm ready to schedule the next appointment. If anything changes I'll definitely be back to update the review but up through this posting I'm ready to hit my goals with the PM Method.

The absolute best physical therapist in town! She knows her stuff, as someone with a physically high demanding job Paige has helped me overcome several injuries. What separates her from most is that she genuinely cares and takes the time to listen and explain the root cause of pain and a plan of action.
