This is the best place to go for physical therapy! Everyone there is friendly, informative, and really helps you understand not only what you need to do to heal yourself in PT, but also how to maintain that improvement going forward. Thank you Andy for helping me through the worst pain of my life. I couldn’t have done it without you!

I spent eight weeks with Courtney strengthening my foot and ankle so I could walk without pain and do my normal activities again. At one point I thought I would have to live with the pain forever, but Courtney got my foot and ankle working properly again and recently I have been doing things I haven’t been able to do for a couple of years. A huge thank you to her, and Nick and Drew as well! (And Gabby too!) In addition, my daughter needed physical therapy a few years ago for carpal tunnel, and she still uses what she learned at PTT to alleviate her pain when it returns now and then. If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend Plymouth Physical Therapy!

Nicole, Michayla and the whole team are doing a great job. I always felt safe, comfortable, respected and appreciated. They really helped my strength, mobility, balance, reduced pain and increased confidence.

I saw Lauren the OT for several issues I’ve had post surgery with my hand and wrist. She was professional, personable, encouraging, caring, and determined to help me regain better function. We eventually incorporated the use of laser therapy and that helped quite a bit. Overall, I’m very pleased with my improvement and highly recommend Lauren and Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists.

I saw Lauren for OT following wrist surgery. She was outstanding. Regained range of motion through all the fun activities she had me do. I saw her several years ago for another hand issue, and would definitely go back in the future should the need arise again.

My physical therapist was great. Francisca had just finished her training in TMJ, so I received the latest in TMJ help. I learned that the whole upper body works together. I was strengthening back, neck, arms and much more. I now know how to control the pain, which is gettings less and less. I am so grateful to her for all she has taught me. Lauren the OT has helped me through two wrist surgeries and I could not be more grateful or more pleased with the care I have received.
