Aaron Willis at Playa PT has worked his magic on me and my husband for over10 years. He takes an integrative approach that includes hands-on therapy and targeted exercises. We are both active in our sports and have periodic issues and injuries, and he has helped us get back in action quickly! He has an in-depth understanding of biomechanics based on both scientific training and years of experience, and he knows how to apply it. He's also intuitive about what will work for each individual. I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Aaron for over 15 years. As a former athlete/tennis pro who doesn't know the limits of aging, tennis, skiing, body surfing and other sports have created many opportunities for physical therapy - 2 knee replacements, back surgery, shoulder, elbow, etc. Aaron is simply the best physical therapist I have ever worked with by far. And he is a wonderful person. I recommend him without qualification to everyone in need of PT services.

If you are looking for a PT place that does one-on-one therapy instead of having you ride a bike while the therapist works with 2-3 others, this is the place. It's small, but excellent. Adili Rikondja was my therapist. Top Notch. I had her full attention for my 45 minutes. It made a difference.

Playa Physical Therapy is the best physical therapy experience I have ever had. I can't begin to speak highly enough of my experience working with Molly. When I first came to the clinic I was unable to walk due to an autoimmune condition. I was overwhelmed, scared and in a great deal of pain. Molly helped me feel immediately at ease. In every session she was extremely thoughtful, attentive and never pushed me beyond my comfort zone while still managing to challenge me each time. Every exercise was clearly aligned with my goals and helped me quickly gain my strength and mobility back. Now I am back to golfing, pilates, and hiking - it feels so amazing to have my life back again! The clinic is also extremely clean, organized and always on time. I’ve been to many other physical therapy locations before and this is the first time I’ve felt like every single session was valuable, worth my time, and continually helping me toward achieving my goals. I can’t suggest Playa Physical Therapy enough!
