Platte Valley Physical Rehab

It is truly baffling how little people want to do their jobs anymore I needed this facility to get onto health solutions transdev and fill out mileage reimbursement form for over 25 me because I literally drive 120 mi to get to this facility. All of the other facilities that I have to drive into the city to see even my dental office was willing to do this before my scheduled appointment because it has to get approved before my appointment so I can schedule the appointment and get it reimbursed but this company isn't willing to do so. They're telling me I have to provide them with a form and when I go in they'll fill it out. But that's not how this situation is supposed to take place but this is how they treat handicapped people here so if you have any type of handicap and need further assistance with such things like this you're better off going to Saint Anthony's Lakewood because they will fill out your forms for you without no problem just like every other office has for me even my dental office but no now I have to have my doctor resend another referral to a different office because this company is lazy and won't get on a website print out a form and send it back so I can get my mileage reimbursedmy caregiver literally out of the kindness of their heart picks me up and takes me to these things and it's only right they get reimbursed but yet facilities like this that aren't willing to help just make everyone's life more complicated so I will never be returning here and I will let my mom know how I was treated and I guarantee you she as well as all my followers on social media will not come here.

I was referred to this physical therapy location after a minor knee surgery. After an evaluation and my first two appointments, they cancelled all my appointments for my second week of therapy and informed me they had no availability. That lead to me needing a new referral to a new location, requiring a new initial evaluation and resulted in a delay in my recovery. Time is crucial when recovering from a surgery, do not trust these people with your health.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I have my elderly father coming here, and the therapist is a very negative person to the minor result in their eyes but great achievement in ours. If a human bean does not achieve their expectations, they will be cut off therapy, but they will suck the insurance till then. I HOPE MANAGEMENT READS THIS I WOULD LIKE TO BE CONTACTED BY THEM.

I want to say thank you so much to the Physical therapist Amanda Purcilly and her temp. Student that was helping her for a little while named Josh Y. He was outstanding. You would of never knew he was just a student learning PT. Most of all I want to thank Amanda for her quality patient care and customer service. You can tell she isnt in it just for the money or any other reasons. She actually cares about my son Zak L. Amanda P. is so nice and makes us want to go back every week to see her. She is great with children. I highly recommend her for your family. Thank you guys. Even the ladies up front Delores and the lady that is next to her is so sweet. They have a great system. The wait time to go back is not ever long. They are on time all the time since I've started going there with my child. Thank you all.

Will not answer the phone so you can't cancel any appointments if you can't make them.

If I could give zero stars I would. They didn't tell us how much an initial visit would be. They charged over $400. I have never been charged that much for an evaluation! That is highway robbery.
