Karen Elias was my Physical Therapist when I had a total hip replacement in 2016. She is absolutely the best Physical Therapist that has ever treated me. She was always prepared with a plan for each session that would help me to get stronger and more mobile without the assistance of the walker or the cane very early in my treatment and a plan that would lead to a full recovery. She challenged and encouraged me to do more in each session in order to regain strength. Karen is compassionate and extremely passionate about her work. I recommend her highly.

Highly recommend this place! I came in for back pain and feel like a whole bee person. The owner and the staff are absolutely amazing! They are super professional, very friendly, and easy to talk to. From The moment you walk in, you get greeted by the sweet receptionist, Darleen who is very kind & friendly. Than you have the two PTs- Karen & Swati who are very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to their patients. Lastly, Rush who helps me with all my exercise, truly is passionate on what he does, focused, and friendly. Great atmosphere.

Excellent care and really wonderful therapists! Karen and the team are so very attentive to each individuals' needs. I needed joint replacement surgery and was able to gain strength before the surgery because of their careful guidance and now I can see the excellent results already after only a few weeks since the surgery. Getting stronger and better with every session because of their motivation and expertise!

This is an excellent place if you are looking for Physical therapy that really fixes your problems. I have tried several other PT places, Chiropractors before but none worked for me. Pivotal got me running within couple of weeks (literally). They are the best. If you want to get your life back, come here. The place is spacious with great equipment and very clean. During COVID times they take special care to keep the place very sanitized. Their cost is also reasonable compared to others I have been to.

The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you want to work hard and see results, the Physical Therapists here are knowledgeable and great to work with. The office is spacious and has private rooms. I worked with Karen Elias a few years ago and very happy to be working with her again.

The staff is super professional, hard working, friendly, and creative in their approach. They developed a personalized program - using state of the art technology and a combination of physical therapy techniques - that helped me recover. I have been having pains in my ankle for about a couple of months now. I went to Karen Elias for physical therapy and I immediately felt results after two weeks. They provide outstanding service, and they focus greatly on improving the health of their patients. I have been coming here for 6 weeks due to an ankle injury and they have been very accommodating, friendly, and very focused on my well-being.
