Nick Trevino /Pivotal PT is amazing!! I had a back fusion almost 2 years ago. While my surgery /recovery and post op therapy were great, I was limited daily from back fatigue /pain /muscle spasms in doing things I enjoy/wanted to do. Nicks expertise in physical therapy /dry needling /targeted trigger points /assessment /Massage techniques have been LIFE CHANGING. My wife (Jacque retired after 44 years of nursing) started going to Nick a few weeks ago upon word of mouth recommendation for upcoming shoulder replacement. Both of us were amazed at how much he has helped with our pain /functionality and overall quality of life. His passion is to help you to live to the fullest. He truly represents Jesus hands and feet on this earth. Larry Posey

My son loves attending his PT appointments. This takes the battle out of attending. They take the time to listen, they are patient, and they are flexible with appointment times. They are very kind to him and always ask if he is in pain. When it comes to my son this is absolutely wonderful because he is autistic and forgets to tell them it hurts. It is also a friendly atmosphere. Absolutely love the Physical Therapist that work with him. Both Jessica and Nick have worked with him. They always greet him when he walks back and that puts a smile on his face. The receptionist is fast to respond if you leave a message and quick to get you scheduled if you need to rearrange your schedule. If you need a time she will make sure to reach out if something opens up. Overall Great experience!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nick Trevino and the dry-needling treatment he provided for my migraines. Before starting treatment in September, I was experiencing migraines 2-3 times a month, often needing to take time off from work or miss out on time with my husband and child just to recover. I honestly didn’t think lasting relief was possible without prescription medication—and I had struggled to find one that worked consistently. From the very first appointment, Dr. Trevino was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the treatment without ever being pushy. He made sure I was comfortable with every step, which made a huge difference in my confidence to try dry-needling. I noticed improvement almost immediately! My migraines became less frequent and far less severe. By the end of October, I only needed treatment as needed. Even if I do get a headache now, it no longer escalates into a debilitating migraine. Most importantly, I haven’t missed a single day of work or time with my family due to migraines since starting treatment. I can't recommend Dr. Trevino and this treatment enough! If you're struggling with migraines, reach out to his office—you owe it to yourself to see if dry-needling can help.

Most other PT facilities generally are machine oriented and ask a patient to get on a cycle for 10 minutes to warm up by themselves (while they go off to help someone else) and then have you do the same exercises you were assigned at home. Pivotal works from a different perspective. The same person stays with you, doing the intake, the evaluation and guiding all your treatments. They truly get to know you, and are very personable. They follow your progress with pre-session texts, and modify the program for you so you are not pushed to the point of pain. They follow a regime that allows you to relax muscles that stiffen to protect your joints, and only then begin increasing range of motion, and later building up muscles to help you regain strength and functionality. I would unreservedly recommend Pivotal to everyone. Five star: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Wow what a difference. I started going to my pt ( physical therapist) not expecting the improvement I received. They first asked me what I thought I needed to improve. I gave them a list and then the work began. My balance has really improved since I started working. I also have more strength. I would highly advise going if you need a lift in spirit and confidence. I’m a little tired from my workout today but I feel it’s a necessary thing. No pain, no pain. Richard

Nick's physical therapy and dry needling has been helping me improve my life. He is very kind, patient, and extremely helpful. I've wasted so much time and money on things that have not worked for me and I wish I would have found him much sooner! I have been dealing with a strained jaw and TMJ dysfunction for a while. I didn't think the issues I've been going through would heal but he has shown me it's possible.

I was referred to Pivotal for shoulder pain, and thats where I met Nick and Gaddiel. Compared to two previous physical therapy experiences, these two are the most knowledgeable and professional therapists that can trusted to treat the cause of a patient's pain. They have great bedside manners, but best of is their rejection of the "No Pain, No Gain" attitude in their treatment plans. Their friendly and clean facilities are the best. Definitely 5 star service. Thanks Pivotal
