Nikki is amazing. There are some pros that have studied their craft obsessively and have seen so many situations that they can immediately figure out a problem and that's Nikki. I've immediately seen results from her work and thorough follow up. Go see her.

Dr Sandi is incredibly knowledgeable, effective, and very sweet. The whole staff is so supportive and responsive and the cryo chamber is always a welcome addition to my self care routine. Couldn’t recommend everyone in this building highly enough!

While training for the avenue of the giants marathon I experienced a knee strain. Nikki helped me so much with recovery and strengthening. I was only able to complete the race because of her expertise. I would highly recommend!

Disclosure, my wife works here as a physical therapist. I have done Cryo a few times here. Everybody has been very professional and at the same time they make sure you enjoy freezing your tush off. :-) They take their job seriously though and make sure everybody is safe, even though it gets to -212 degrees. Go for the Thursday or Saturday special.

Not what I got in the tank for, but I’ve been under a lot of pressure and was feeling depressed. I felt uplifted after 3 minutes in the CRYO. I was so pleased and it’s stayed with me. 🙏🏼

Dr. Sandi and her team are the best! I always leave feeling better, educated on exercises I can do at home, and well informed on my injury. My favorite is the Cryo tank! I use it once a week! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and well equipped. I would recommend Pivotal Connection to everyone. It's my happy place!

Dr. Sandi is beyond phenomenal. Caring, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the human body. I am a disabled veteran who has had a lot of surgeries and I have a few more to go. In a very short amount of time, I have had positive outcomes under her care. Dr. Davoodiaria is excellent. Just got out of an appointment and very impressed with her communication, compassion and energy. She taught me a lot, explained the how and why, while making the appointment fun. Highly recommend
