I experienced wrist and shoulder pain for about 2 years and tried other types of treatment with limited success. I'm a competitive tennis player but had to stop or severely cut back on playing due to the pain and lack of mobility in my wrist. Emily is great at isolating the sources of pain and immobility, and how those sources are connected. The pain is virtually gone and my wrist mobility is 100% better! I can't thank Emily enough for helping me get back to tennis and enjoying it again! I highly recommend her!

I went to see Emily to see if dry needling would help alleviate discomfort in my shoulder. Emily prescribed dry needling along with physical therapy. She was really good at listening to my concerns and every visit we discussed what was working and what was not. For sure felt better after several visits, but even after the first one I saw improvement in range of motion and less discomfort. I would go back to see her if I need her services again.

After being diagnosed with arthritis in the CMC joint of my left thumb, it was suggested that I see a CHT to learn how to manage the condition. Emily provided me with exercises, pointers to a variety of devices to protect the joint, and a useful perspective on prioritizing activities that are most important to me over others in order to protect my thumb. I’m a guitar player and I do not want to stop for surgery unless it becomes necessary. She suggested a couple of devices that I can wear while playing as well as the option to use dry needling if it is useful. She is knowledgeable, providing me with a good understanding of the condition, and expert in devices and techniques I need to manage it. I expect to go back to her when needed.

I have been dealing with shoulder pain for over 15 years, to the point where it impacted my weight training, and I had to work around it. I went to Emily, and now I am pain-free and could not be happier with my results! She truly is a magician, and I highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you, Emily!

Emily has done a fantastic job treating my Golfer's Elbow and upper shoulder pain. Her combination of Dry Needling and massage has me back to 90% function in just a couple months. She offers options for home exercise to support her office treatments. She is very flexible in treatment choices, based on feedback she encourages from me. A++

I worked with Emily for 2 sessions, including dry needling for a shoulder issue. Emily is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She will work to reach your goals, whether it's in 2 sessions or 10. I received the fundamentals for my shoulder care and know that Emily is skilled and invested in continuing care to ensure positive outcomes.

Have been seeing Emily for a torn-up shoulder, trying to get back on the golf course. Between physical therapy and dry needling to get it to release, I have well over 15% more rotation already and recently hit a bucket of balls with no pain for the first time in years!!! Highly recommend, very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

This is my 1st experience with dry needling and it has not disappointed me. I’m a chiropractor and deal with musculoskeletal dysfunction and injuries ever day, but I’ve had one that I couldn’t figure out, for 7 months. Emily was able to effectively target and relax the muscles that were tight, through just 1 session. My issue is not yet completely resolved, but I’m finally able perform the proper exercises needed without spasms, to regain function and build strength, all without pain in 7 months. Thanks Emily!!! -Dr. Brian McCracken In Motion Chiropractic
