As an athlete I have been to countless physical therapy establishments over the years (26 yrs in Manhattan as an adult and 8 here in DC) and as much as I believe in the power of physical therapy (have avoided surgeries) none have been as effective, and or gracious and as professional as these folks. I posted a similar review at the old location in L'Enfant Plaza only this one is better because it's on the sidewalk central location can't be beat. A big thanks to Michael especially -- what a stellar human being! The only caveat is that making an appointment at their phone number is very much a catch as catch can -- can be a test of your patience at times....

Had a great experience with Abimbola, who helped me recover from a bad soccer injury.

Best PT clinic I have been too (and given my history in injuring myself that's saying something!). Everyone there is friendly, responsive, communicate effectively and are your are seen on time.. Most importantly - they're exceptionally competent! They provide a thorough assessment and, effective in office exercises and achievable at home routines. I wouldn't got anywhere else for my "therapeutic discomfort".

The service at the DC Metro Center location is great. Kathleen is wonderfully experienced. I’m only into my third session and I’m already feeling better from neck and shoulder pain that has bothered me for a year now. I would definitely recommend Pivot.

The Pivot on G Street NW in Washington DC is highly recommended. The director and staff treat the patients well and with care and understanding. They are good listeners. I have been going to Pivot for back, foot and neck problems. Also their location is across the street from a metro station.

I had a great experience from my very first visit. I came in with tendonitis of the rotator cuff- I daunting injury. I first worked with Jeneria T.(knowledgeable, professional and fun)who was excellent and formulated my plan. I worked with her for about 6 weeks and made good progress. Then Jeneria left that location and I transitioned to Maggie D. Maggie is professional, detail-oriented, skilled, and fun too! Maggie took the time to reevaluate my needs based on where I was in my recovery. I would highly recommend both therapists. In addition, the other staff are welcoming and friendly. I'm very pleased with the care I received at this location and would recommend it.

I’m really quite shocked at the overall rating of this Pivot location. I was really discouraged when I walked through the doors of Pivot because I had just suffered my second knee injury within a few months. As soon as I sat down and discussed my treatment plan with Jeremy my doubts slowly started to dissipate. I am impressed at how far I have come with Jeremy’s help. He was patient and kind while always holding me accountable for my participation in my treatment plan. I appreciated his ability to introduce new treatment and rehabilitation techniques to keep me on track. He even encouraged physical activity to accurately assess my progress. Although I hope to never be under his care again (lol), I know that I would be in great hands. Thanks Pivot and thank you Jeremy.
