Great place to get back on your feet after surgery. Front desk staff was always helpful and the therapists I worked with were skilled and supportive.

I worked with Hope and Bria for two months at the Pivot PT Cleveland Park location and I would highly recommend these two therapists. I needed PT because of knee problems that prevented me from walking short and long distances. The therapists were very knowledgeable, professional and creative. Their customized exercises were updated as needed - and I appreciated that there were no cookie cutter approaches to address my injury. Hope and Bria's friendly, caring attitude made my visits enjoyable as they encouraged me to work hard. I attributed my recovery to these two experienced therapists at Pivot, and the home exercises they prescribed.

I went to Pivot for about 3 months with Hope as my PT. She did an amazing job assessing my injury, teaching me various exercises, and helping me return to running. I'd highly recommend Pivot for anyone with an injury, including sports-related injuries. The PTs are extremely knowledgeable and provide personalized care which is very important for the patient.

I could not recommend Pívot more — they were fantastic from the time I called to book an appointment all the way through my “graduation”. I came in with a foot injury and was able to run pain-free about a month later. Hope is an excellent PT - she is observant, answers questions thoroughly, and always brightens your day, all while pushing you to get stronger. My husband and I had the same injury, but she still tailored our programs to our specific needs. Many thanks to Hope for getting me back to running!

I've been working with Hope at Pivot for my lower back pain, and I've been very satisfied. Hope is kind, personable, and professional. She makes each session challenging and gives great feedback on how you're doing every exercise. It's clear she cares a lot about her clients. My back pain hasn't gone away completely (I believe pain is complex and goes well beyond PT), but she's given me the tools to manage my discomfort on a daily basis, strengthen my body, and prevent the regular flare-ups that I used to have. I feel much more independent and don't feel like pain hangs over my daily life. Many thanks to her and everyone at Pivot - they do a great job!

I have been in this office for 2 opportunities, the first one, after my total hip replacement, the second one because of my knee, and muscle pain; in both cases I am so grateful I have chosen this Company. The instructors, registration staff were/are the best. They accommodate me so, I couldn't lose work hours. I will recommend to everyone that needs PT.

I am very happy with my experience at Pivot PT at Cleveland Park. I went to Pivot PT with plantar fasciitis and a strained hamstring. Dan, the site manager, is super knowledgeable and came up with a 3-month recovery program for me. I felt relief almost immediately after starting my program. For most of my PT sessions, I worked with Ryan who was very friendly, attentive, and professional. Thanks to Pivot PT, I am now pain free and have returned to exercising. The front desk staff are also really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Pivot PT!

Hope is the best! She really takes the time to diagnose what is going on, not just in the initial intake, but in subsequent appointments. I first saw her about knee pain that was exacerbated by certain exercises, steep stairs, etc. Despite constant stretching, Epsom salt baths, hydration, etc., I also had significant leg soreness every time I worked out, but I had been told by so many friends that “this is just what happens when you turn 40” that I didn’t even realize it *could* be addressed. After 3-4 appointments, the leg soreness went from constant to non-existent. It felt like magic! And after a few short months, I could do the exercises that my knee previously didn’t let me do. This was possible because Hope really methodically figured out all the imbalance, activation, and strength issues that were interconnected and had an effect on my knees as well as my legs overall, such as my hips, ankle, and core. She masterfully prioritized what issues needed to be worked on in what order, and was always thoughtful about what to do during my appointments vs. what I should do at home, and revising my home program as we went along. After this, I went to Hope for shoulder pain which was making it difficult for me to sleep. She figured out that this was due to stiffness in my mid-back, part of my right shoulder that wasn’t activating, and huge weakness in my wrists (injury from 20 years ago) that the shoulders have been compensating for. As with the lower body, Hope helped me with these upper body issues in a thoughtful way. In addition to the practical support with these particular issues, I feel like I’ve learned a lot from Hope as far as how my mind-body connection works, how everything is interconnected, etc. that will help me take better care of myself in the future and improve my overall athletic performance. And everyone who works at Pivot is so friendly and welcoming! Thank you!
