Pivot PT- Salem (Roanoke)

I recently completed a course of physical therapy here, and I am pleased to share my positive experience. From the outset, Pivot-PT was welcoming and well-organized. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable during each visit. The scheduling process was efficient, with minimal wait times, which I greatly appreciated. Michael is highly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly assess my condition. He developed a tailored treatment plan that addressed my specific needs and goals. Throughout the sessions, I was impressed by their ability to explain each exercise and its purpose, making me feel engaged and informed about my progress. The therapy sessions themselves were well-structured, balancing hands-on treatment with exercises that I could continue at home. I noticed significant improvement in my mobility and strength, and my therapist provided valuable guidance on how to maintain these gains moving forward. Overall, I highly recommend this physical therapy clinic to anyone seeking effective rehabilitation services. Their professionalism, expertise, and personalized approach made a significant difference in my recovery journey.

I was in a car accident earlier this year and managed to do a number on both my knee and my shoulder. Ended up in a knee brace for several weeks until they weaned me off of it in physical therapy, and had me go to a knee compression sleeve. Orthopedics recommended physical therapy after my follow up with them. We looked at locations they gave us, and my husband knew of one on the list that was close by, and knew who the director was there and wanted me to go to pivot in salem with it being close by both work and home and knowing who the director was there as well. I couldn't have asked for a better team with Michael, Ashley and also Karen, who I only just started working with in late July. They have always been willing and able to answer questions, and give me advice when I had what I felt like dumb questions. I was always assured that there were no dumb questions. All of them have always explained what each exercise was and what they worked on relating to both injuries. Michael put a specific treatment plan in place to help get me back to at least some sense of normalcy, or at least a new normal considering what the accident did to my knee. I feel absolutely blessed to have had Michael and his whole team helping me along the way to recovering from the accident. I am absolutely forever grateful!!! If you're ever in need of physical therapy for any reason I would HIGHLY recommend going to pivot in salem!!!! They're a great bunch to work with!! They always keep things light, but make you work hard, no question about that. They all work so well with you, and with one another. Thanks a million guys!!!!!! I really really appreciate all they've done to help me recover!!!

I am 70 years old. I had shoulder and hip issues. My therapist was Michael Eaton. My hip issue kept me from my morning walks. I told Michael I needed him to help me walk again. He did!!! We had some good laughs about his healing but seriously I give him all the credit to helping be become pain free. Olivia was great too! They know their profession well. After I left my daughter needed PT. I said go to Michael. She did and she too is pleased ! As far as we r concerned Michael and PIVOT are the best!

I dislocated my patella and tore my meniscus. I chose Pivot for my physical therapy and am so happy I did. My physical therapist was Michael and he was awesome to work with. He's knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I understood the exercises and what I needed to do every step of the way. I recovered faster than I thought I would and am grateful for the wonderful care I received at Pivot.

The personnel at Salem are always friendly and helpful. They are also very professional. The facility itself is conveniently located and is always in good condition.

Pivot and the staff are just great. I had knee surgery. It was a full knee replacement in September and in just a few short weeks I am walking just like I have a new knee again. No more pain no more stiffness and most of all no medical devices to walk around. thank you to Michael you did an awesome job. I would recommend pivot over any other physical therapy. All the staff at pivot are great, welcoming and they make you feel at ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you.

Pivot PT in Salem was by far the best rehab experience I’ve ever had. Micheal and Olivia worked together to help me get through my troubles with plantar fasciitis that I had been dealing with for months prior. They designed specific exercises to help strengthen the muscles in both my feet and legs, as well as provided stretches and manual massages to help loosen up the tightness in my muscles. Not only did they help me physically, they made each experience comforting and enjoyable because of how personable they are. Also, Cori the receptionist, has a heart of gold and is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. 10/10 recommend this place and I will definitely come back if I need their assistance in the future!

Michael and Olivia are incredibly good at what they do. I limped in thinking I was never going to be able to recover fully and just hoping they could give me a little relief. Michael listened to everything I had to say, did a thorough evaluation and confidently diagnosed the problem (plus another problem I had just 'been living with'), and started me on a therapy plan.  He explained things clearly, and pushed me in my therapy to help me improve.  He and the rest of the Pivot staff were flexible and helped me work around my childcare and work requirements.  They made therapy fun, too, with just the right balance of laughs and hard work, and Michael and Olivia have great teamwork. Michael helped me fix my problem, and I could not be more thrilled or happy with my experience there!  Thank you, Michael and Olivia!!!!!!
