Pivot PT - Reisterstown

I just finished my weeks of therapy with Cheryl and also with the help of Felicity. Cheryl was very professional and very personable. I like that personable part. The care that I received has helped me so much. This was my first experience and it was excellent. Jill who sits at the desk is a delight. When she greets you, it is always with a smile and your name (my name is hard to remember by most). I highly recommend Pivot and this wonderful staff.

Michele my therapist was excellent. She was very professional and at the same time very personable. Everyone working there were very nice, which made for very relaxing sessions. Jill handled billing and scheduling questions very well, and always had a smile on her face.

I've been a patient for 3wks and I would certainly refer a family member or friend. The employees are very kind. I feel a difference in my body already. I feel the therapy sessions have given me a brighter outlook on what I deemed before as a hopeless situation. My limbs are getting stronger and my mobility is much better. I'm encouraged and motivated and things are looking up for me. Thank you Pivot!! 😊

The Pivot staff at this location is wonderful. My first contact was with Kelli Archibald. She immediately demonstrated how she was committed to making the whole PT process go as smoothly as possible. I felt very grateful. Also, Kelly, an assistant and receptionist, was warm and welcoming, projecting confidence and professionalism. She consistently helped me as needed, always with good cheer, humor and empathy. Josh Burket, my PT, combined professionalism, expertise, empathy, humor, great listening skills. He gladly offered helpful guidance as needed, interesting information, and stories, delivered with a great sense of humor. Sheryl Kohls, PT, was very kind, a good listener, an empathetic conversationalist, and an excellent, knowledgeable, professional PT. Overall, I was happy as soon as I realized I was making significant improvements with each passing week. I so enjoyed the company of all of the staff at this location and was surprised when my last session arrived. My experience was one I will not soon forget. My takeaway is that these folks are special, offering compassion and support, like those we turn to for help during challenging times. Thank you to this staff for giving your best - much appreciated.

Pivot has been very patient with me. And my neck issues. My doctor told me today that I need to have my neck surgery done. Afterwards I plan on continuing with Michelle . To keep getting better . Also everyone is so nice and makes me very comfortable. Thanks so far for all your help....I would recommend Pivot to anyone who has issues with pain ! Thanks everyone....

Pivot Physical Therapy in Reisterstown has been a huge blessing! I recently had a car accident and I was injured. My therapist, Michelle, has exceeded all expectations. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from PT because I had never been, but I’m starting to feel hopeful that I will be back to 100% soon. I honestly wasn’t sure I would find pain relief and learn pain management without constant prescription pain killers, but alas, Pivot has been instrumental in teaching me how to rebuild strength in my body. I look forward to my sessions with Michelle. I would encourage anyone in need of rehabilitation to make an appointment at Pivot. You can schedule with Michelle, but just don’t hog up all her time because she still has to work on me for weeks to come! LOL

I have been going to therapy for several months after surgery on my rotator cuff. Sheryl, my physical therapist, is thorough, competent, and always willing to answer any of my questions. Kelley, the front desk coordinator is extremely friendly and helpful, All of the techs are good. Everyone knows me and takes a personal interest in my progress.

Sheryl is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kelly is always welcoming and willing to go above and beyond! Josh is excellent as well! Taylor is quick, friendly, and efficient! Great place to go for PT. You feel like your are with friends.
