Pivot PT- Reading (Rockland)

This is my fourth time using Pivot for physical therapy. I highly recommend this facility. All the employees are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.

This office has a wonderful team. They work well together and are fun to be around. Special shout out to my physical therapist, Kayla. She always knew just how hard to push, sometimes literally. She was always respectful of my limits, while encouraging me to participate fully in my recovery and do more and better. I hope never to need physical therapy again, but if I do, I'll go back to this crew. Thanks for everything.

I never thought I'd like going to physical/cognitive therapy. After having started with this amazing team, I now look forward to it even on rough days! The care, attention, and flexibility they offer is immaculate and unmatched by others in the industry. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. I continue to see improvement and and they push me to accomplish my goals! Highly recommend!

I’m extremely grateful for Jeff and the entire staff for helping me through this journey of healing. At the start of therapy I was experiencing pain that was affecting my everyday life. Over time I’ve made extensive progress at pivot. Thanks to the staff here, they have changed my life for the better. Everyone here is amazing and hard working! I would definitely recommend anyone coming here!

They are professional and fun. I had a previous negative physical therapy experience at another company, so I was a little bit anxious when I had to go for my shoulder. They made sure I was comfortable while still challenging me to improve with each visit. I highly recommend this location to any and everyone. Thank you Jeff, Selena, and Jo!

The therapists here are very friendly and knowledgeable in the field. This is the best place I ever went to when I had to do physical therapy. Very nice location, very clean and always sanitatized both the place and equipment. Therapists are always friendly and create a very nice and relaxing atmosphere to be in. (Shout out to Jeff, Emily and Adam! These guys are the best! This location has the best receptionist that keeps up with each persons appointments and times people want to schedule. I highly recommend this place and therapist. Great experience there!

I had both knees replaced June 22 this year. Therapy at Pivot started July 12th. The staff was the key factor in my successful recovery. I was impressed with the way they handled every patient. Respectfully addressing each individuals need for care, determining the proper exercise routine so that one can achieve their goal and return to their daily life. Although professional, you were made to feel comfortable when you were there which was very motivating and encouraging to continue the therapy that was needed. During my time there I observed the guidance and handling of interns. Let's say with a start from Pivot they are well on their way to also being excellent therapists. I would definitely recommend anyone needing therapy to place your recovery in their hands.

10/10 RECOMMENDED! Well trained staff members that would take your health as important as their own. They will get you where you need to be in a couple of months. I can say that this place is my second home.I was always greeted with a smile and a happy conversation about each other’s life. I want thank Jeff and the rest of the physical therapist….
