The best staff. Very nice and hard working. They are diligent in getting the best results from their patients.

I’ve been going to Pivot for 2 weeks now. They have an amazing team, but I love Joey! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming to all who enter. They see you promptly and seem to genuinely care for the well being of their patients. This is the 3rd time I’ve needed PT, I wish I’d known about Pivot for the other two injuries. I admire the way the staff members jump in to help when therapist get busy. Excellent team work! I’m looking forward to having a fully functioning arm/shoulder again!

I want to commend Loren for the fabulous work she did with me in PT. I came to her in a lot of pain and limited mobility following a left reverse shoulder replacement. She combined dry needling with mobility and strength work, which helped me tremendously to achieve my goals. She was very dedicated to pushing ( which I asked for!) me to do my best and sent me home with a home program which I am following. I had a major bone break late last year and I have had an amazing experience with the Prince Frederick PIVOT staff. The Team is patient, extremely knowledgeable and they make recovery very fun. The atmosphere is therapeutic and inspiring. I highly recommend them for all of your PT needs. Such wonderful people too, great character and just awesome!

I began my journey with pivot physical therapy in March 2017. They did everything that they could to help rehabilitate my injured shoulder but ultimately recommended that I now see in orthopedic surgeon. I saw an orthopedic surgeon and had surgery January 2019. My physical rehab with them following shoulder surgery was twice a week. Loren was extremely helpful and I’m happy to say that I have full mobility complete strength back in my shoulder. It is because of her dedication and her patience with me, that I am able to be fully functioning once again as a 36-year-old woman with zero shoulder deficits. Her professionalism and patience as head of Pivot physical therapy in Prince Frederick is amazing. I highly recommend her and this office for all your physical therapy needs.

My father received therapy on his neck and was very happy with the care he received. Loren was very knowledgeable and had his neck fixed up in no time. Everyone in the clinic are friendly and efficient from booking the appointment with the front desk to being seen quickly. I have recommended Pivot in Prince Frederick to many of my friends.

Pivot's Prince Frederick office is awesome. Loren and Rachel are great. Both are very knowledgable and understanding. The assistants are also top notch. Everyone in this location are very friendly and fun to be around. Receptionist Jenny can work out any schedule you need to fit your lifestyle. This is the place to go when you need Physical Therapy.
