Pivot PT - Middletown (East Main Street)

The facility is clean. The therapists and staff are wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns for my problems. The interaction between therapists was great. If I ever need pt again... this is where I would go.

Everyone at this Pivot PT location from the front desk to the van drivers to the technicians treats you professionally, respectfully and with a great sense of compassion and empathy. The entire staff works as a team to focus on your health goals. The atmosphere is fun, yet each technician concentrates on skillfully moving you towards improvement. I trust that each tech is top-notch because I have gone through 2 hip replacements with successful physical therapy at Pivot. I always feel welcome and important. I feel the progress I am making with each passing week. These are really great people who do a fantastic job getting you back to normal.

The staff at this Pivot location are the best! The first point of contact with Kaitlyn to make an appointment is friendly and welcoming. Evaluations and treatments by Nick, Lauren, Caitlin and Anthony are professional, thorough and detailed. The positive atmosphere and caring nature of the staff lead to amazing results. Sessions at Pivot feel like a visit with good friends where patients of all ages and abilities are encouraged and find success. Thank you all for making me feel whole again!

This was the best experience ever. I had frozen shoulder and just moved here in October so I was going by the google reveiws not having any one to refer me. I am so glad this is where I ended up. Lauren was the main therapist to take care of me, but everyone helps each other out at times so I worked with everyone. This team is fabulous! I had some depression going on as well when I first started too, from the pain and moving everything was new. This TEAM is a blast! The have fun conversations that everyone is included in and the laughter that takes place is as healing as the physical work we are doing. The level of comraderie was some of the best I have ever experienced. Thank you Thank you Thank you from the bottom of my heart for fixing my shoulder and my heart. I miss you all but so happy my shoulder is back! Christine Riccardi

Pivot is very clean, but despite that the hospitality and patience all the staff has is remarkable. Between Caitlin, Anthony, Nick, and Lauren you can always approach and ask them questions, as well as demonstrate good team work/work ethic amongst the 4 of them. Only 2 weeks of being there I'm see a difference with my frozen shoulder. I am also deaf and they do a good job of communicating both non verbally and letting me read their lips so I fully understand! Great PT place!

GR8 PT facility! Very friendly staff, they always acknowledge you upon entry. Therapist are very knowledgeable. I was super impressed at my 2nd visit when Lauren stated that she read up on my issue for more info...WOW how humble of her! I knew then that I was in the right place. I have yet to see one patient that doesn't laugh while they are here. More importantly after 1 month I am 50 - 60% better. Kudos to the staff! Stay friendly, stay humble and continue to love your job!

This office is top-notch! The front desk staff, Debbie and Cynthia, are wonderful. They could always find a time that worked with my schedule for my weekly sessions and made changes when necessary with a great attitude. The PT staff is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to find the program that will maximize progress for each individual. Nicholas and Jill continually monitored and tweaked my plan until I felt 100% relief. Caitlin and Anthony guide and challenge you on your day to day workouts and provide amazing targeted massage. After seeing several doctors who couldn’t help me, I was thrilled to find this amazing group of people. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy!

I have been treated at this Pivot location for five sessions and plan to continue. The staff is excellent. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I work mostly with Lauren who has been wonderful in treating my chronic pain. The location is constantly being sanitized for everybody’s protection. All in all, this Pivot location is a terrific place for physical therapy! Bob Kay
