When you walk in you are greeted by Yasmin, who schedules and checks you in for your appointments with her pleasant and professional attitude always asking if you need anything. Shreya and Saera run this office as a team, both giving you excellent care and service, who always makes sure to ask you how you are feeling before you start to see what adjustments need to be made. They both take their time explaining each exercises and why the exercises are important to get you back to where you were before your injury. I've had PT many times in my life, and I can say with confidence this was the best experience I've had by far. I came to Shreya after ankle surgery due to repeated injuries, and i was able to progress so much under her care. She is dedicated, thorough, caring, and a joy to work with, as well as all the other members of this staff. I cannot recommed this place enough!

Worth every penny! My PT (Amber) has been wonderful. After having a pretty traumatic experience at a competitor before making the switch, I shared what happened and she listened and responded responsibly. In just a few weeks I started to experience progress and because of the acuteness of my injury, she was willing to partner with my other practitioners to ensure my recovery was coordinated towards wellness. Physical Therapy is hard but going to this Pivot location makes it easier. The staff there are very friendly and nice. They help each of their clients as if they were family. I am always greeted with a smile which is really important when you are in pain and going through rehab. Nadine is the first person I called after my accident to get me into see Nneka. This Pivot location is amazing!

This is actually the third time I have received physical therapy at the Laurel MD Pivot location. I am extremely pleased with the quality of treatment and respect offered to me on each of those occasions. I'm so grateful to have been to Pivot Physical they really helped me to walk better the pain in my legs are gone they help me to reach the goal I wanted and that was to stop wearing my back brace and now I don't have to wear it. They were so patient and gave me lots of attention. They were so nice and so professional and if I ever have to physical therapy again I will be coming back here. I don't know all the names there but I do know that Saera, Nadine and Kyle was the best. Thank everyone for everything you did to help me.
