Pivot PT- Kennett Square

I went here six months ago for a 8 weeks. They did not really solve my problem. Also, the therapist would work on up to three different clients at a time. I never felt they were paying much attention to my exercises or progress. As of now, I have not received any EOB from them proving that they contacted my insurance company. DO NOT RECCOMMEND.

I’ve needed 2 iterations of PT for feet issues. I’ve worked primarily with Mike and sometimes Linda in Kennett location. Both are excellent. Super friendly and helpful. Always Able to balance working with multiple patients and limit time you are just waiting. I enjoy coming here. Zak is a nice new addition to the group too. Kudos guys!

Going to Pivot Physical Therapy in Kennett Square is the best recommendation I can provide for a successful and pleasant PT experience after any needed Physical Therapy diagnosis! The local skilled team of care and attention given by Linda, Mike & Megan is on target based on your personal needs! They provide knowledgeable explanations as to where your pain currently is while recommending treatments to possibly realign/readjust all with additional home exercises and daily strengthening. Each Pivot PT visit I feel positive that I am progressing! Evelyn is always helpful setting up convenient times for my appointments and copayments; Dillon is a friendly assistance while keeping the tables clean, and unhooking all from the electric stem machine as the buzzer sounds. Everyone on this Pivot team has created a friendly, professional environment that made going for therapy not a difficult thing but an ‘I can do this’ empowering thing. I work mainly with Michael however the rest of the staff has come forward when he is not available. The whole staff is wonderful and they give each client the individual attention they need. I'm so happy I chose Pivot for my PT. It is a very friendly environment as well.

I have now spent the last four weeks at Pivot Physical Therapy rehabbing my knee . My strength and motion has improved greatly.It was just what I needed. The knowledgeable staff and atmosphere at Pivot makes your therapy that much easier. I would highly recommend Linda Schuda and her staff. I can't thank them enough for my fast recovery.

Pivot has been extraordinarily wonderful to me! They have provided services for my lumbar for about 6 months and are always providing stellar treatment! Michael has helped me develop strategies to cope with my pain before my surgery. He has given me so much pain relief when most needed! The other staff at the facility is wonderful and all are always so welcoming! Thank you, Pivot!!

I highly recommend Pivot PT in Kennett Square. I had an amazing experience, the whole team is super helpful, friendly and caring. I went for 4 weeks to regain the strength and muscles back in my left wrist and arm. They give me exercises and stretches that relate to my injury. Now I’m able to use my left arm and wrist for so much more without being in pain or sore. I’m happy I chose Pivot PT and agreed to do PT. Thank you to an amazing team at Pivot PT!!!!!

Going to Pivot Physical Therapy in Kennett Square was a successful and pleasant experience because of the knowledge, attention and care by Linda and Mike. I especially appreciated their explanations on what was causing my pain and their treatment for it including exercises to do at home. While there, they were alert to how I was performing the exercises even when working with another client and offered corrections when I wasn't doing an exercise exactly correct. They asked with concern each time I returned to follow up on now I was feeling and progressing. Anise was also helpful setting up convenient times for my appointments, offering assistance on setting up the exercise machines, keeping the tables clean, and getting me unhooked from the electric stim machine when my time was up. Everyone created a friendly, professional environment that made going for therapy not a chore. Much thanks for making it possible to get back to my normal activities!
