Pivot PT - Goldsboro

Very friendly staff. Mike is amazing at his job. Very pleasant to work with and pushes you just enough to get you going but always making sure you are not in pain. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs physical therapy. Convenient location.

I’ve worked with Mike each winter for the last 3 years, and it has been an excellent experience. He listens closely to my concerns and develops a routine to address the problems I’m having. He has been very creative in adapting exercises around my movement restrictions and his process has helped me regain significant range of motion and strength. The routines he developed for me have enormously improved my life. Additionally, I like the quiet atmosphere and that the therapists are supervising only one or two patients at a time. The front desk staff have always been pleasant and helpful.

I cannot say enough about how awesome this place is. I've had a LOT of PT in my life, this place is BY FAR the best PT I've ever had. Staff is attentive, caring, kind and paitent. Every time I go here for PT it's like being among friends and it's literally the best part of my week!!! I was honestly going to go outside of Goldsboro for my after surgery PT due to the poor quality of medical care that exists in Goldsboro but someone suggested this place to me and I am SO THANKFUL. I will forever be greatful to the staff of Pivot and will continue to use them in the future for any PT needs I may have. You guys rock!!🥺

My PT Justin is very knowledgeable and kind. He seems like he really cares about helping me. The entire staff is very sweet and inviting. I went to Goldsboro Spine Center previously and I definitely didnt feel like they cared as much as the people at Pivot do.

Justin took care of everything. I walked in with a really stiff neck and Justin diagnosed me. After 4 weeks I was back to normal range of motion and ready for normal day-to-day life.. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. Recommend to my friends!!!!

After my last horrible experience, I dreaded going to Physical Therapy, but Justin at Pivot changed my mind entirely, not to mention working with me on an exercise program that is doing wonders for my fractured hip. They staff is friendly, efficient, the workplace clean, the equipment up-to-date, and on the whole it is a great experience. Do not go anywhere else!

The therapist are professional and knowledgeable of what they are doing. The front staff is friendly and polite and always ready to greet you with a smile. Sara is a therapist at Pivot and I would recommend her. She is the best.
