Pivot PT- Gilbertsville

The care here is great! My Physical Therapist is very knowledgeable and explains how the body parts are affected by movement before, during and after treatment. The care feels personalized and one on one. The staff are always in a cheery disposition which greatly helps motivate me in more than just healing my long term back injuries!

I had rotator cuff surgery and did PT at the Gilbertsville office with Nate. I have recommended him to friends and I would recommended him to you. He has great knowledge, caring and a great personality. Go to the Gilbertsville office and ask for Nate. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Pivot Physical Therapy in Gilbertsville! Recovering from a knee replacement, Nate my physical therapist is highly knowledgeable of what needs to be done and also attentive to my pain tolerance, he is wonderful! He has helped me reach every milestone my surgeon has set for me every time and not sure I could have obtained this without his professional knowledge, guidance and support. The entire staff here has portrayed a sense of professionalism, kindness and family sense and truly loves to see their patients succeed. THANK YOU NATE!!

I had a total knee replacement and Jenna Senholzi, PT, DPT was absolutely the best Physical Therapist. When I started therapy 3 days after my surgery I was very limited in what I could do. Due to a previous injury to my knee my therapy took longer than expected. Jenna was very hands on when needed and left me work independently once I was able. With Jenna’s guidance I finished my program today and have total movement in my knee. She is the best!!! Also, when scheduling appointments, the receptionist, Renee was very accommodating for my appointments. When I could return to work she scheduled appointments that worked within my work hours. Pivot definitely exceeded my expectations!

I have been going to Pivot PT following a total knee replacement. The therapists Christian and Jenna are great. They continue to increase my exercises to improve my strength and mobility and I am doing well. They have also provided me with an exercise program that I do at home as well. I see them working with patients with a wide variety of injuries and post surgery patients. I highly recommend this physical therapy facility to anyone that needs it. I will definitely go there again when I get my other knee done. Also I am a nurse and am kind of picky with my care and as I said they are wonderful. 2/12/2020 So I wanted to add an update to my prior post. I graduated from PT today and although I feel super happy with my progress it was a sad day. Jenna and Christian helped me get through a tough recovery and I will miss seeing them several times a week but I am thankful for all of the terrific support they gave me during my recovery. It meant so much to me. I will be back when I get the next knee done later this year for sure. Thank you again for the fabulous care!!!!

I have only positive things to say about my physical therapy at Pivot in Gilbertsville. Both Christian and Jenna were very friendly, professional, and attentive during therapy. They work one-on-one with patients, enabling them to make sure the exercises are performed properly and to adapt the exercises as healing progresses. They also were very helpful in answering any questions I had during the course of treatment. I felt safe going to Pivot during the Covid pandemic, since they were constantly wiping and sanitizing surfaces. And as I was completing my therapy they took the time to print exercises I could continue at home. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing PT.

I had major shoulder surgery on my right shoulder, my doctor said never seen that much damage before, bone spur, partial bicep tendon tear, major labrum tear and full rotator tear, with that said PT was set up to be very slow and cautious. 5 months out of which doctor said could be a year or more he said that I am well ahead of schedule. Craig has been great setting up my PT and working me to the point where it is getting better ever day but never had any set backs. Nate and Steph when I have them also work well with me. The knowledge they all have and patience with my rehab is perfect. Office staff is also always there to help when scheduling conflicts arise. Thank you all

I came to therapy after I was injured in a car accident. I was hurt and badly bruised. I was afraid therapy would hurt me more. But they were very gentle and started out slow. They knew when to increase activity. They knew when I could tolerate the ultrasound( with lots of gel) to help reduce my bruising. I was amazed at those results. They got me walking around normally again and helped me regain my strength. All of the staff is very helpful and always pleasant. They work very hard to get you better and I am very grateful. Thank you Austin, Christian (Sarah)and Mike for fantastic care. And thank you Diana and Renee you ladies are wonderful too . You all helped me make the best out of a bad situation. Just a great team I will miss them. Pivot is the perfect place for therapy
