Pivot PT - Damascus

This is my second go around with pivot. The first time I went for a couple months for my back and it made it worse. My new doctor wanted me to try again, this is a few years later, I’ve been three times and my doctor called for a progress report and they had no record of me.Extremely frustrating especially since she had to fax in the order twice, and I had to actually bring in a copy of it because they still didn’t have it.

I highly recommend Pivot/Athletico of Damascus, Maryland. Amazing, caring, and highly skilled physical therapists across the board! I worked with just about every one of the employees during my 5 months of treatment. They create a pleasant atmosphere for you to work through your physical challenges.

This is the best PT spot around and lucky for me, it is in the town I live in. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my injury, I spent about 6 months rehabbing my foot here. The therapists are very knowledgeable and work together to create a personal plan that will get you back to health. I especially enjoyed working with Annika and Wendy. They are compassionate and caring but will also kick your butt to work hard so you can see improvement. Branden was also great, and tried a new core/balance approach that he had just been trained in that accelerated my recovery. The place has a fun vibe too which keeps you laughing while you are doing the hard work. Highly recommend!

This my 3rd time I have been to Pivot, 2020, 2022 and 2023, all for different issues. I have the same impression every time, Excellent! The ladies at the front desk are extraordinary, always pleasant, professional and helpful. All of the PT Assistants lend their support and are extremely helpful, nice and jovial. Therapists I have seen are Brandon, Jimmy and Annika, all of them provide their expertise to your recovery. Their positive attitudes and conversations aid in your comfort level and make you feel you have made a good decision choosing Pivot. Everytime I leave there I feel better then when I came in. Although no one likes to have surgery, hurt and just feel bad, I am so very thankful for this company, location, and group of highly trained professionals to put me on the path to a healthier life. I want to thank you for all you do !

Just wrapped up PT for disc problems/lower back pain and couldn't be happier. This was my third body part I've gone to Pivot for, and I'll never go anywhere else (though hopefully I don't have to return too soon). The front desk staff is always pleasant, professional, and welcoming, and the therapists and assistants are top-notch. They are also very personable and have just the right combination of caring and pushing you to work hard and improve. Jimmy is a massage gun guru! I'm pain free and back to doing everything I want to do-thanks for another success story.

The team at the Damascus Pivot PT is fantastic - very skilled and focused on helping their patients meet their mobility goals. I found that each therapist had different creative strategies to add to my treatment plan. I made great progress in the healing of my shoulder, thanks to their help. The front desk staff and other staff are also friendly and efficient. Thank you PIVOT PT!

I have utilized the services of Pivot PT- Damascus throughout the last 5-6 years for various reasons. During this time I have always received excellent service and care. Katie who is the front desk administrator is always friendly and helpful. Brandon K has acted as my primary therapist throughout the years. He has followed me through many medical conditions and is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He has been excellent at focusing my care in such a way that I have been able achieve numerous work and lifestyle goals. I have also occasionally utilized Jordon and Brandon S with very good results.

They are very friendly and a have a great atmosphere. It’s my first time doing PT and I feel very comfortable. From the beginning, the front reception staff is always friendly and accommodating with scheduling. I have a new trainee therapist and Brandon is very attentive as a teacher and great lead. He is encouraging and my student PT is very professional and friendly. He has been very informative of my new injury and educating me on other body mechanic questions I have asked him. Overall the a great, great staff!!
