Pivot PT- Dallas

She was so kind, compassionate, and helpful in my journey of a healthy pelvis during my second pregnancy. Every mama needs someone like Heather to support them throughout their pregnancy. You won’t regret it !

So much wonderful words I could write about my experience with Pivot of Dallas, PA . I was more to the staff than an appointment, I was treated as a family member. Everyone there from the receptionist Renee to the remaining staff, Greg, Josh, Erica, Eric, and Ben. Each had the knowledge, skill, and patience to help me succeed in gaining strength to my injury. I fully recommend Pivot Dallas. I wish I could add more than 5 stars!

I was a patient for 3 months for treatment for chronic neck pain and they were able to bring my pain from a 9 to a 2 in severity. They were also able to give me a number of exercises and stretches for me to maintain the level of relief and deal with pain when crops up. I was always able to call in and ask questions about my treatment that helped deal with the anxiety from the pain. I will always recommend them as a treatment option.

Both of my parents have been to Pivot with Josh and recommended him. He's as great as they both said and helped me with my issue pretty quickly. He's extremely knowledgeable and interesting to talk to which made the time spent there pleasant. I'd recommend him to anyone!

If I could I would use more than 5-stars to describe my experience with the Dallas, PA location. From the moment you walk in the door and get greeted by Renee to the time spent in back with the therapist it's a positive experience. I had a total knee replacement and between Gary and Erica I felt like each visit I had gained ground towards normal activities without discomfort again. This was my family's second interaction with Pivot and I'm confident in saying if we need PT again we'll know right where to go! Thank you to all who made therapy enjoyable.

The staff is excellent. Thet are professional and very personable. They care about you and your health. The facility is very clean.

I highly recommend the staff/therapists at Pivot in Dallas. Josh Wilkes was my therapist and did a fantastic job helping relieve my back pain. Most of the exercises I learned there are able to be continued at home. Thanks also to Erika, Jill, Tony and Zach. Everyone is pleasant and they never push you beyond your capabilities. Renee was always a friendly face when you walk in the door. Great to have this business so close to home.

Very happy with the care they took to get me back to normal. Gary did a great job with my therapy and educating me as to how to continue at home. Renee was very helpful with scheduling my appointment's and taking care of the insurance paperwork. I would Highly Recommend Pivot PT-Dallas PA
