This place is the real deal! My Physical Therapist was Vikki Gaines and she is very knowledgeable, and has such a kind pleasant personality, she actually made therapy fun, you can definitely tell that she enjoys her job. I went in with a pretty significant knee injury and had a full recovery as well as some knowledge on how to build the mussels around it to prevent future injuries. Also a shout out to Grace as well. I’m grateful to Athletico/Pivot Therapy for their expertise. When I came to them, I was taking 600 mg of ibuprofen twice daily with 500 mg of Tylenol for break through pain . After their instruction and intervention , I rarely take the medications and my range of motion has increased! I personally thank Emily Kidd for giving me tips that changed the way I saw myself & my posture. I thank Jason Kelly for showing me the value of heat and massage therapy. Mostly I’m grateful to God for the opportunity to be stronger & free from pain.

Vikki has been my therapist and she has been nothing short of phenomenal! I feel like she’s more of a special family member versus just a physical therapist. She is knowledgeable and loves getting to know you and your needs! I would highly recommend her.

My husband’s therapist was the best! Dawn was very knowledgeable , professional, and caring. She helped him get the range of motion he needed in both his knees. He encountered complications along the way, and her expertise got him to where he needed to be. Highly recommend this friendly therapy center. We felt like family.

I worked with the folks at Pivot for about 8 months recovering from an ACL/MCL injury. In that time, the entire staff was more than helpful in my recovery journey and offered me continuous support. The therapists I primarily worked with, Emily Kidd and Emily Leister, were both very knowledgeable and were creative in finding new exercises to add to my sessions to keep pushing me forward. Everyone in the office is super friendly and made it easy to look forward to my next appointment.

To be honest when I walked into pivot I had a very low expectation however I was wrong completely wrong. At 58 yrs old I have degenerate bone and disc disease which has affected my lower spine up to the top of my cervical spine and now to add insult to injury it has started too affect my shoulder which also affected the pain I was in. At that point surgery was recommended. After looking at all my options I decided to give P.T. a try and I am so glad I did! Just a couple examples are...Jason who is the clinic director who maintains a fun yet affective physical therapy office. Then there is my therapist Vikki Ginesis who from the 1st Time was my sister rather than therapist. Every time yeou walk in to Pivot the atmosphere is fun the therapist actually like each other (no phonies) If you have a question and your particular therapist isn't right next to you any of the other therapist can look at their computers and be able to help you. If you call and have to change your appointment the therapist are immediately notified. Just a couple of reasons why pivot gets five stars from me

Bryan Hutton is an excellent, highly trained Professional Physical Therapist at Pivot who shows respect, listens and shows you how to do the proper techniques in your exercise session tailored just for you. Their friendly, caring Staff and all the wonderful help Bryan has given me as a highly trained Instructor has made my recovery more than I could have hoped for with very amazing results in a short period of time.

I'm always having fun here 😁 The staff is fantastic.
